With the rapid development of our country's economy in recent years,people's income level has been rapidly improved,the demand for the use of cars is becoming more and more intense,and the structure of various industries and industries has also changed due to people's preferences.Among them,the proportion of automobile maintenance service industry is bigger and bigger,and the automobile lubricating oil industry in automobile maintenance service industry is also favored by major oil companies.In order to adapt to the changes in the demand for vehicle lubricating oil,GH lubricating oil company should attach importance to the demand and satisfaction evaluation of the customer's rapid change,actively change the way of competition,and study and develop the marketing scheme of lubricating oil products that meet the satisfaction of the customers,in order to make the company get faster and better development.This paper based on the theory of customer relationship,the theory of relationship market and the theory of customer satisfaction,this paper studies the background of GH lubricating oil company and the status quo of its sales plan by using the methods of data analysis,discussion,expert opinion,empirical research and mathematical modeling.The necessity of product marketing design of GH lubricant company based on customer satisfaction is clarified.This paper puts customer satisfaction first,and designs a sales plan of GH lubricating oil company which has unique advantages in combination with the sales status of GH lubricating oil company.It is hoped that the marketing competition of homogeneous products in the lubricating oil industry can avoid risks.This paper investigates the customer's satisfaction with the quality,price,promotion,personnel,visible display and service of GH Lubricating Oil Company by means of questionnaire,and then uses of SPSS to test the association between terminal,region,habits and satisfaction.Finally,according to the research results,the paper puts forward a variety of random combination cases for the lubricating oil market is put forward.GH lubricants company's sales plan.And according to different customers' satisfaction preferences,the paper puts forward suggestions on company management,pre-sale service and after sales service and other aspects of the proposal.
