With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous development of market economy,the market competition of enterprises is becoming more and more intense.Customer relationship management has become an important topic of concern for every enterprise.How to evaluate the status of a company's customer satisfaction,how to evaluate a company's influencing factors on its customer satisfaction,and how to formulate corresponding strategies to improve customer satisfaction is the basis and basis for customer relationship management.Especially in recent years,with the manufacturing market competition,China's industrial technology continues to mature,corporate profits continue to reduce,how to use the limited resources,improve customer satisfaction,and customer retention has become can not be ignored in the enterprise management.Through the research on the domestic and foreign customer relationship management literature,especially several common models based on the customer satisfaction factor,combined with the actual situation of A company,then through the interview of the experts in the industry,the comparative study of the big companies in the industry,the analysis of the history complaint of the A company,and so on,find out the influence of the customers of the A company.A questionnaire was designed for these factors to collect the satisfaction data of each factor.Based on the collected data,the regression analysis method is used to quantify the factors affecting customer satisfaction,and the key factors that affect the customer satisfaction of A company are obtained.Finally,from the point of view of management,the strategy of A company's customer satisfaction enhancement is put forward.Through the analysis of the current situation of A company,this paper uses customer relationship management,customer satisfaction theory and model to study A company,establish and improve the customer satisfaction evaluation system of A company,which has certain practical significance to improve the customer satisfaction of A company.
