The method that produces solenoid welded parts by traditional tooling equipment has resulted in problems like low automation,low production efficiency and high labour demand.This would seriously restrict the automated,informationalized,and intelligentized development of enterprise.In this paper,digital twin is combined with the automatic assembly line of solenoid welded parts,and the production line elements of physical layer are established through structure and hardware system design.Then,the creation and description of geometric model,behavioral model and rule model are studied,for example,the geometric model of production line's key elements is created by Open Inventor.The behavioral model is described in a standard form based on AutomationML with three aspects,product,resource and process.The healthy degree model of production line,which is characterized by temperature,is established by association mining and comentropy quantification.On the basis of these researches,the specific application of digital twin service layer in the manufacturing process is represented by a operation and maintenance system that integrates multiple production lines.This paper is developed from the following aspects:(1)Describing digital twin from three dimensions: system level,life cycle and object level,proposing a three-dimensional digital twin model architecture which is common in manufacturing scope,and obtaining the overall structure of digital twin driven production and operation system through projection method.(2)According to characteristics of product structure,production process flow and technical index requirements,the structure of production line's key mechanism is designed.The hardware system based on M/S structure is designed by analyzing the action and logic relationship of production line.The motion control scheme is studied and the development of production line is realized.(3)Based on the analysis of structure and motion characteristics and node information planning,Open Inventor is used to construct the geometric model of object,which realizes the visualization of model.As production line is a manufacturing system integrated multidisciplinary knowledge,the relationship among behaviour model,products,resources and processes is analyzed.And the standardization description method for behavioral model is proposed on the basis of AutomationML.The healthy degree rule model of production line is established by means of correlation mining and comentropy quantification,and the temperature data collected at production field is used to analyse and evaluate the health degree of the production line.(4)The database technology and Web technology are used to develop an operation and maintenance system that integrates multiple production lines,also,the system is associated with health degree rule model.Basic production information query,manufacturing object information query,maintenance information query and real-time feedback of production operation information are provided.Data collected from production field is used to test and implement each module's functions.
