With the widely application and implementation of new generation of information technologies such as the internet of things,cloud manufacturing and big data,the manufacturing industry is facing the key node to upgrade the intelligence.At present,in the workshop manufacturing process,it has become possible for the element management,production planning and process control,which are based on the information space.However,the connectivity and interaction lack between the physical space and information space,and the related activities are unpredictability and lack of interactivity,which fails to meet the intelligent development needs.Digital twin is an effective way to improve manufacturing intelligence,which can optimize production tempo,improve efficiency and increase production flexibility.However,the research on digital twin workshop is in the preliminary exploration stage.If a complete description model of digital twin production line is built,it can provide strong support for the interaction between physical space and information space in manufacturing workshop.Aiming at the above problems,a modeling method of digital twin press line based on physical data is studied,and the main works are as follows.(1)The running mechanism and model architecture of digital twin press line are studied.And combining the theories of internet of things and cyber physical system,the concept and feature of digital twin throughout the life cycle are studied.Based on the characteristics of manufacturing and digital twin,the concept,composition,and features of digital twin press line are proposed and analyzed.What' more,the running mechanism and model architecture are established,which provide the theoretical basis to the modeling of digital twin press line based on physical data.(2)A modeling method of digital twin press line based on physical data is proposed.Firstly,the workshop complex physical elements,data are classified and described.And a press line physical data model is built,using object-oriented approach.Secondly,the knowledge base of press line and digital description are built based on ontology from the aspects of manufacturing resource,production task and manufacturing process,which provide basic support for intelligent applications ofdigital twin workshop.The movement behavior of production line is analyzed and encapsulated based on the three dimensional virtual model.Thus the digital information model of production line is finished.Finally,the linkage between physical data model and digital information model is studied,and the digital twin press line based on physical data is modeled,realizing the interaction between physical space and digital space of press line.(3)A system of digital twin knowledge information service is realized.Based on the above proposed model and a stamping production line of a workshop,a system aimed at digital twin knowledge information service of workshop production line is developed,which implement the method of digital twin modeling based on physical data.Through the system,it is able to check the basic information and digital twin knowledge information of production line.What' more,it also can view the task state and production process information.
