With the continuous improvement of information technology,mine production is stepping into the development process of informatization,automation and intelligence.However,due to the weak foundation of mine informatization in China,the degree of resource optimization and production scheduling informatization of mining enterprises is still relatively low,which is basically in the initial stage.Therefore,in order to adapt to the development of market economy and the needs of mine production reform,we must speed up the establishment and improvement of intelligent resource scheduling system.Therefore,this paper focuses on the following aspects(1)This paper introduces the current situation of the mining industry,through the detailed description of the mine resource optimization and production scheduling,and gives the existing main research methods.Furthermore,the imperialist competitive algorithm(ICA)and genetic algorithm(GA)used in the following paper are analyzed.Based on its shortcomings,the imperialist competitive algorithm with adaptive competition(AICA)and adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA)are proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the algorithm.Finally,the test results show that the improved algorithm has better accuracy and convergence speed.(2)This paper studies the optimization of mine cut-off grade based on AICA algorithm,and establishes the optimization model with the maximum net present value(NPV)as the objective function through the production relationship.ICA and AICA algorithm are used to solve the model respectively,and the results prove the superiority of the improved algorithm.Compared with Lane theory,AICA has smaller error.Finally,a domestic mine is taken as an example to verify the theory.Based on the established model and mine data,the improved algorithm is used to optimize.The results show that AICA algorithm is better,and the NPV value is larger,which can create greater benefits for enterprises.(3)According to the characteristics of mine truck scheduling,the target demand is analyzed.Based on the existing scheduling,a multi-objective model with the minimum transportation cost and the shortest waiting time is established.Based on AGA algorithm,two algorithms,multiobjective weighted algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm,are designed to solve the model.The research and conclusion of this paper further enrich and improve the theory and method of mine resource optimization and production scheduling decision,which has certain significance in theory and practical application.
