After years of development,fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)has been gradually applied to all aspects of modern engineering.At present,there is a lack of research on multi-batch properties of fiber composites.In addition,it is not common to apply fiber-reinforced polymer in practical engineering according to its material characteristics and relevant special design specifications.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the glass fiber reinforcement produced by D company in recent years as the research object to carry out a series of studies from material properties to product applications.Taking the glass fiber reinforcement produced by D company in recent years as the research object,the tensile property,shear strength and glass transition temperature of the reinforcement were tested and statistically analyzed.The bonding and durability of glass fiber reinforced bars in concrete structure and the mechanical properties of bent bars in concrete are studied and analyzed.It provides basic application characteristics for the application of glass fiber reinforcement in practical construction engineering.According to D company's overseas engineering application project,the concrete structure design method of glass fiber reinforced bars according to the American Concrete Institute's fiber reinforced bars design code(ACI440 series)is studied.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:When designing the product performance of glass fiber reinforcement,only when the guaranteed strength of the product is set with confidence coefficient(99.87%)can the long-term multi-batch mechanical properties of the product be stable above the guaranteed strength.Since the glass fiber reinforced bars interact with concrete in practical application,it is necessary to test the bonding,durability and bearing capacity of the glass fiber reinforced bars in the concrete environment.This is a prerequisite for the application of glass fiber reinforced bars in concrete structures.The wound sandblasted glass fiber reinforced bars produced by D company can meet the requirements of ACI with a bonding force of 9.8mpa.As for the glass fiber reinforced bars used in permanent structure,it is necessary to evaluate their durability in concrete structure.The existing durability glass fiber reinforced bars of D company can maintain the tensile strength above 70% after 60 years under load holding condition.The actual bearing capacity of the bent bar used in the concrete structure is more than 270 MPa,which can meet the requirements of 180 MPa required by ACI design.Replacing the reinforcement with the underground diaphragm wall at the crossing part of the shield machine,the shield machine can directly cut the structure of the diaphragm wall,so as to realize the rapid initiation and reception of the shield machine,reduce the safety risk,and accelerate the construction progress.The social and economic benefits are big.However,in the structural design,simply using the principle of equal section replacement to replace the traditional reinforcement with glass fiber reinforced bars does not conform to the performance characteristics of glass fiber reinforced bars.Practical engineering application projects should be designed according to the widely recognized principle of glass fiber reinforcement design ACI440.1.The design method adopts the trial reinforcement and then carries on the bearing capacity checking calculation based on the standard requirement.The effectiveness of design and checking calculation is verified in practical engineering.Due to the product characteristics of glass fiber reinforced bars,their bending and shear resistance is far lower than that of conventional steel bars.Therefore,appropriate construction plans must be prepared during construction to ensure that the glass fiber reinforced bars will not be damaged during construction.
