Research On The Conflict Between Targeted Poverty Alleviation And Environmental Protection Policies

Precision poverty alleviation is the focus of our country's work and a great project to realize the common prosperity of the people of the whole country.Although great achievements have been made in poverty alleviation in China,there are still some contradictions between Poverty Alleviation Policies and other policies.Some problems have been solved temporarily,but few analyses and explanations have been made from the fundamental mechanism,so similar problems can not be completely eliminated.Therefore,according to the research materials,this study has carried out a further study on policy conflicts in precise poverty alleviation work.Step by step discussion and research.Based on the investigation of X Village in Guangdong Province,which is supported by our unit,this study found that the poverty alleviation policy was designed to promote administrative and social resources into villages,strengthen party building and organizational cohesion,improve infrastructure and village appearance,but encountered many difficulties in the implementation stage.In these dilemmas,there are problems caused by policy conflicts.Referring to the existing research results,we can further analyze the mechanism behind the policy conflicts,and try to put forward some countermeasures to coordinate and resolve the conflicts,such as constructing the coordination mechanism of policy conflicts,strengthening the system construction,establishing and improving the supervision mechanism,so as to effectively reduce the irrationality in policy design and implementation.Sexual phenomena.First of all,it summarizes the contents of the targeted poverty alleviation and environmental protection policies of governments at all levels,compares and analyzes the possible problems in the policy design stage,and tries to discuss the problems in the targeted poverty alleviation and environmental protection policies from the perspective of policy conflicts.Secondly,based on the survey results,summarize and study the problems encountered in the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation and environmental protection policies at the grassroots level.This paper discusses the possible causes of these problems,classifies them with reference to the existing research results,and further analyzes the mechanism behind the problems from the perspective of policy conflict,so as to try to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.Through the study of the conflict of precise poverty alleviation policies,we can not only theoretically arouse the government's concern about the conflict of public policies,ensure that the policy formulation is more scientific,perfect and sustainable,but also ensure and enhance the public's recognition and support for the credibility of the Party and the government,and stabilize social relations.
