Gear measurements are extremely important in the modern part of the field of mechanical measurements, and a center to be technology CNC gear measuring principle is based on the coordinate measuring and development, has been widely used in the field of precision mechanical measurements. But there are some problems to be solved during CNC gear measuring center working, and the existing measurement gear measuring centers need to be based on the theoretical formula gear, for some large errors in the measurement of the workpiece can not be completed properly, the same for some users put the unknown parameters of the workpiece can not be detected or mapping.This paper presents a conventional gear measuring center can make the completion of the unknown profile measurement hardware for embedded control systems, directly from the probe signal value as a parameter to control the motor to follow the surface movement, the motor has value for the probe to follow the movement of micro-displacement amount. First, the current combination of gear measuring and control system that determines the center of the structure using microcontroller+DDS servo control system as the overall design. And system hardware design, including the design choice of processor, the probe voltage conversion circuit, serial communication circuit as well as the master chip peripheral circuits. Driving software, complete A/D digital sampling, real-time digital PID control and data communications, as well as PCA module and AD9850 application in terms of motor speed were analyzed. On assembly, testing finished gear measuring centers were tested. Verify that the system frequency output circuit, A/ D converter circuit, and the servo system and control system embedded in the original stability and accuracy.The results show:With the motion controller can be applied to existing motion control systems and implement tracking servo axis motion, the system is stable, the control structure is relatively simple and can be completed one-dimensional probe beyond the measurement range of the workpiece or the unknown parameters measuring motion control.
