Comprehensive Budget Management System Design Under Cloud Accounting Of X Group

Comprehensive budget management as the leading enterprise management strategy and value orientation,in the enterprise play an important role in forecasting and planning.But most companies did not achieve strategic land and resource rational distribution,cumbersome process stretched budget front,a budget business department and finance department,the budget of the real-time performance is difficult to guarantee.The information technology changes with each passing day bring opportunities for the rapid development of the budget information.The group enterprise organization system with large and complex operation project,in a greater degree in the application of comprehensive budget management with the help of information technology is imperative as the network infrastructure and the computer hard.With the development of software technology,group enterprises can transfer and transform data in real time with the help of big data processing technology of cloud accounting data layer,improve the timeliness and sharing of data on the basis of ensuring data security,greatly save the human resources of various business and financial departments,and promote the integration of enterprise industry and finance.Based on the literature review of comprehensive budget management,this paper classifies the related literature according to "strategy" and "dynamic",and introduces the characteristics and functional framework of comprehensive budget management.This paper traces back the accounting informatization,introduces the concept of Cloud Accounting and describes its framework.From the theoretical point of view,analyzing the application of cloud accounting in the comprehensive budget management,listing the shortcomings of the traditional comprehensive budget management and the advantages of cloud accounting,and explaining the complementarity and applicability of the two.On this basis,a comprehensive budget management model under cloud accounting is constructed.From the practical point of view,taking the comprehensive budget management system of chemical enterprise X group as an example,this paper analyzes the main body,process and content of the budget management,and extracts the problems existing in the comprehensive budget management of X group.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of cloud accounting in thecomprehensive budget management of X group,and designs a new comprehensive budget management system for X group under the support of cloud accounting platform.Finally,from the perspective of financial integration,process optimization theory and management by objectives theory,analyzing the expected implementation effect of cloud accounting comprehensive budget management in X group.To a certain extent,it is proved that the problem of total budget management of X group can be solved with the help of cloud accounting,which provides a new way for group enterprises with many subsidiaries to carry out total budget management.The integration of informatization and industrialization makes industrial enterprises more powerful than before.The innovation of this paper is that we try to design a new comprehensive budget management system for chemical enterprise X group with the help of cloud accounting platform,which is based on service layer such as software layer and data layer,focus on solving the budget management of X group financial non-integration and "information island" issues,including how to achieve the integration of financial sectors,financial indicators through the balanced scorecard to promote the convergence,to eliminate the parent-subsidiary company due to different software version of the budget data communication barriers.In addition,it is expected to achieve strategic segmentation,shorten the budget preparation cycle and strengthen the dynamic monitoring and early warning of budget implementation.
