With the development of urbanization, the urban population is increasing, and the urban environmental pollution is getting worse. The urban environmental problem has become an important problem that perplexes the urban development and affects the residents' physical and mental health.Facing this circumstances that the urban environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, which is an important means to improve the urban residents' pro-environment behavior. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the influence mechanism of urban residents' pro-environment behavior. In this article,we take Shijiazhuang residents' pro-environment behavior as the research object, combine the theory of planned behavior with the theory of value-belief-norm,and construct the impact mechanism model of urban residents' pro-environment behavior. The model selects five influencing factors including responsibility attribution,pro-environmental behavior intention, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control, and pro-environmental behavior attitude, and divides pro-environmental behavior into public-domain and environmental-private behaviors.Analyze the influence mechanism of different variables on residents 'environmental behavior, and analyze whether there are differences between the five stoma to logical statistical variables including gender, age, monthly income, occupation and education level and urban residents' environmental behavior. This article uses questionnaire survey to obtain data, and uses SPSS24 software to test the reliability and validity of the data.Use the AMOS.20 software to analyze the survey data and verify the theoretical model.According to the data verification results, the following five conclusions are drawn: urban residents' environmental-friendly behavior is influenced by many factors, among which behavioral willingness has the greatest influence;environmentalfriendly behavioral willingness is also affected by perceptual behavior control, subjective norms, and environmental-friendly behavior attitudes.Among them,pro-environmental behavior attitude has the greatest impact on residents' pro-environmental behavior willingness, and pro-environmental behavior willingness plays an intermediary role between other variables and urban residents' pro-environmental behavior;perceptual behavior controlaffects residents' pro-environmental behavior and private-sector Environmental behavior has the greatest effect on the environmental behavior of urban residents in the public domain;subjective norms are affected by the attribution of residents' responsibility;at the same time, gender, age and monthly income will also have significant differences in the impact of urban residents on environmental behavior.Based on the results of the empirical analysis, the following five suggestions are proposed: diversified policy formulation, and focus on resource investment for different groups;increase the promotion of environmentally friendly behaviors, increase residents‘ willingness to implement environmentally friendly behaviors;and reduce barriers to implementation of environmentally friendly behaviors,Increase the ability to control perceptual behavior;increase the degree of information disclosure, improve the attribution of residents' environmental responsibility;develop environmental non-governmental organizations, and increase public domain environmentally friendly behavior activities. This article takes Shijiazhuang residents as an example to innovate the model of influencing factors of urban residents 'environmental behavior, which enriches the research on environmental behavior and provides reference suggestions for improving urban residents' environmental behavior.
