The Fushun petrochemical co.,LTD is one of the earliest production of petroleum refining catalysts in China,It is More than 60 years of catalyst production experience.In recent years,with the increasing demand for catalyst product catalyst at home and abroad market of,make the catalyst production plant scale,production capacity increasing,the continuity of production and the degree of automation has improved.Catalyst unit running in the environment is very bad,such as high temperature,high pressure,inflammable,explosive,corrosive,dust,etc.,when a control system or some equipment components failure,can cause abnormal,process parameters for the product quality and device security caused great influence.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze the reliability analysis of the control system and equipment components in the production unit.This topic is the catalyst production plant as the research object,through the analysis of the danger and harm in the production process of main materials and production system,by comparison of reliability calculation method,the reliability of GO method was used to focus on the device of danger and harm effect of heating equipment of ignition system and device of the fire water system are analyzed,the establishment of a complete GO chart and that,the minimum cut set system through qualitative calculation,through quantitative calculation of system reliability,and provides an important theoretical basis for fault diagnosis of the whole system.And on the basis of system reliability calculation results,low reliability of the ignition system,combined with the actual production,through daily management,put forward the methods and measures to ensure the reliability of the device,has a certain guiding role in the scene.The hazard were identified in reduction plant,the hydrogen explosion were established based computational fluid dynamics software-FLACS to study the effects of different ventilation conditions and different ignition position on hydrogen explosion accident consequences.According to the research results,the prevention and control measures to improve the safety and reliability of the reduction workshop are put forward.
