Catalytic pyrolysis process(CPP)process plant is complex,but there are still a variety of pressure vessels,such as ethylene storage tanks,ethylene polymerization reactor,etc.,if the production process of the equipment is running out of control,it could cause major fire,explosion,causing heavy casualties or property damage,and thus the CPP plant safety assessment,pre-emptive measures to control it is of great significance.In this study,the risk factors involved in the production of CPP production device were identified;The qualitative safety assessment of the CPP device was carried out by using the method of hazard identification,safety check list method and risk evaluation method;By dow chemical fire explosion hazard index method of the reactor,main fractionator,propylene stripping tower and propylene rectification tower to evaluate the fire and explosion danger;Fault tree analysis is used to pump ethylene electric shock accident,polymerizer fire explosion accident,ethylene tank leakage fire explosion accident of quantitative safety assessment,and finding the smallest set of fault tree cutting,as well as a collection of the best trails structure importance.In addition,according to the principle of hazard monitoring system,reasonable assumptions relationship between the various subsystems are made.And proposing a reliability mathematical model which is suitable for cracked gas compressor plant hazard monitoring system,and calculated the overall risk of the source system reliability.Finally against the results of the safety evaluation and actual operating conditions CCP production unit presented reasonably practicable improvements,optimization measures.
