| With the accelerated process of industrialization and the frequent occurrence of all kinds of risk accidents,environmental risk assessment has become the most important part of environmental management.Although various regulations have been issued by relevant institution,the scope of management needs to be expanded,and the evaluation methods need to be further improved.Petrochemical enterprises are playing an important role in the development of national economy.Prominent environmental risks have become one of the main problems that cannot be ignored in the development of human society.Based on the current situation of environmental risk research,this thesis compares various environmental risk assessment methods,constructs an environmental risk assessment index system,and applies relevant evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the environmental risk of petrochemical enterprises.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the related concepts of environmental risk assessment,describes the characteristics of petrochemical enterprise environmental risk from environmental risk level of the industry,layout of environmental risks,Domino effect,environmental risk is divided into sudden environmental risk and cumulative environmental risk.Secondly,from the perspectives of qualitative,semi quantitative,quantitative and comprehensive evaluation,advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods are discussed,and a comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics is put forward.The construction method of interpret structure model analysis of the relationship between the evaluation index of comprehensive evaluation index system,using the “Driving-Pressure-State-Response-Influences” model,the network analysis method to determine the weight of each index,grey matrix by multi-level grey evaluation method to calculate the index model,construction of ISM-ANP analysis and multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model,so as to make a comprehensive evaluation on the evaluation object.Finally,taking a petrochemical enterprise as an example,the basic situation of the project is introduced,including geographical location,related devices,layout,and so on.From the five aspects of potential source factors,dominant source factors,state changes,impact factors and mitigation measures,we analyzed the relevant indicators needed for environmental risk assessment of the project,and comprehensively selected 32 indicators to build an environmental risk comprehensive evaluation index system.Through the comprehensive evaluation model calculation,the risk value is 5.41,between 4-6,indicating that the risk level is low,the environmental risk of this project is acceptable level.However,the implementation of environmental risk mitigation measures should be strengthened in the later period,so as to ensure the smooth and good operation of the project. |
