.Based on China's specific national conditions,oil and gas pipelines have become an important means of transporting oil and gas resources in national economic life.Therefore,the safety guarantee of oil and gas pipelines has gradually become the focus of the people ‘s attention.If a major disaster occurs during the transportation of oil and gas resources,it will not only bring serious environmental pollution problems,but also cause the people Huge loss of life and health and property safety.Therefore,relevant departments and enterprises should continue to enhance emergency management awareness and improve emergency rescue management capabilities,make up for their shortcomings in emergency rescue handling in major disaster accidents,better improve the emergency rescue management system,and carry out emergency rescue activities more effectively.When disaster accidents occur in oil and gas pipelines,relevant emergency departments and enterprise units can adopt appropriate emergency rescue plans to quickly respond to and resolve the losses caused by oil and gas disasters,greatly reducing casualties,protecting property and maintaining the ecological environment.In view of the current problems in the development of oil and gas pipelines,based on the relevant theories in the field of geographic information systems,this paper studies the emergency resource scheduling model and emergency rescue path selection algorithm for major disasters in oil and gas pipelines,and finally uses the designed and developed system to visualize the emergency rescue plan And through experiments to verify that the models and algorithms studied in this paper are suitable to deal with the emergency rescue of oil and gas pipelines,it is feasible and effective.The detailed research contents of this article are as follows:First,the definition and characteristics of major disasters in oil and gas pipelines are elaborated,and the causes of oil and gas pipeline disaster accidents are summarized and analyzed,and the common types of major disaster accidents are classified and graded.Based on the major disasters of oil and gas pipelines,emergency resources for oil and gas pipelines The characteristics,classification,deployment,etc.are analyzed and studied.Secondly,based on the relevant theories of emergency rescue of major disasters in oil and gas pipelines,through the influence factors of oil and gas pipelines on emergency dispatch,the target problems to be solved by the model are proposed,and single-objective optimization models,dual-objective optimization models and multi-objective optimization models for emergency resource scheduling.Then,summarize the common optimal path algorithm to select the most suitable A * algorithm according to the background characteristics of oil and gas pipelines,but the traditional A * algorithm cannot be fully applied in emergency rescue.The A * algorithm is combined to improve and enhance the accuracy and universality of the optimal path algorithm.Finally,design and implement an emergency deployment system for major disasters in oil and gas pipelines,introduce the system development environment and functional requirements,and use experiments to verify whether the research results are effective and applicable.The three models studied in this paper can be matched to different background situations,and are selected according to the urgency and needs of the current accident scene.They cover a wide range and expand the selectivity of emergency rescue programs to a certain extent.The improved algorithm in this paper not only retains the characteristics of the traditional optimal path algorithm,such as fast search speed,wide search range and ability to find a shortest path,but also adds influencing factors,such as weather conditions,road quality,and other realistic and objective factors to improve the algorithm The practicability and accuracy make the improved algorithm more suitable for emergency rescue of oil and gas pipelines.The research content can provide theoretical basis and data support for the research and application of major disaster emergency rescue and geographic information system of oil and gas pipelines,and it is also of great significance to the research in this field.
