Three dimensional scanning technology provides powerful technical support for modern large-scale production of clothing enterprises.The three-dimensional information of human body can be obtained by using the three-dimensional scanning technology,and the human body measurement can be carried out on this basis.Anthropometry is a very important basic work in the field of clothing.It is of great significance for the following parameterization of human body,the design of clothing pattern and the establishment of clothing size standard.In order to obtain accurate body size parameters,special dress requirements are usually required.When scanning the human body,the measured personnel need to wear specific tights to get more accurate body size.Based on the characteristics that millimeter wave can penetrate traditional clothing and can't penetrate human body surface,this paper uses millimeter wave 3D human body scanning technology to measure human body.In the three-dimensional scanning based on millimeter wave,even if you wear loose clothes,you can measure the human body surface,which effectively breaks through the limitations of the existing three-dimensional scanning technology.However,the point cloud data obtained by the millimeter wave scanning equipment also has serious problems such as lack of data and noise.Therefore,it is very important to process the point cloud data and reconstruct the accurate three-dimensional human body model,which not only has important theoretical research significance,but also has a wide range of practical significance and practical value.In this paper,based on the statistical analysis of the data from different measurement methods,the extraction of human body feature parameters based on millimeter wave point cloud data is realized,and the 3D reconstruction and Simulation of human body are realized by using the parameterized human body modeling software.Firstly,the geometric characteristics of 3D scanning human body model are analyzed,the body shape parameters are extracted,the body shape parameters are analyzed and estimated,and the relationship model of body shape parameters is established;secondly,the millimeter wave point cloud is calculated and measured,and the human body measurement algorithm based on projection and pose correction is proposed to fit the missing data,which is realized based on millimeter Then,based on CLO 3D,using the extracted body shape parameters,using the parameterized 3D human modeling software to realize the virtual simulation of the three-dimensional human model.In addition,the three-dimensional scanning measurement data collected in this paper are used to build the body shape database of specific population,which can quickly find the characteristic parameters close to the body shape.The results show that this method can effectively achieve the extraction of human body feature parameters and 3D modeling and Simulation of human body based on millimeter wave point cloud data,and provide theoretical method reference and technical solutions for the virtual simulation and clothing design process based on 3D human body model.
