Research On The Fitted Jeans Baesd On The Type Of Women Lower Body

This project uses manual Martin measurement and 3D scanning(Humansolution)to measure the body measurement for 207 infertile young women aged 18 to 25,and obtains a total of 44 Martin data and 3D data of their lower body.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and singular value test was performed on it using boxplots.Finally,197 valid samples were obtained.Combined with questionnaire surveys of consumers' preferences for styles and fabrics of jeans,research on the design of fitted jeans.Before the body shape analysis,first perform a Normal distribution test on the human data,then perform correlation analysis and factor analysis,and finally extract six factors as factors that can reflect the body shape characteristics,which are the circumference factor,height factor,real length factor,Calf factor,abdominal morphology factor and angle factor.Select the girth factor that can best characterize the shape of the body as the basis of body shape analysis.Combine the extracted waist,abdominal and hip feature variables to analyze the lower body shape of young women.By comparing the analysis data with reference to clothing wearability and other factors,three types of body shapes were obtained through hierarchical clustering.Finally,the body size of "normal waist-hip difference-flat belly-flat hips" was selected as the sample body shape of Denim design of this subject.Finally,according to the results of body shape analysis and the data of the target sample,refer to the jeans prototype in the "Costume modeling-Technology I" of the Japanese Culture Women's University,draw the jeans prototype,and use the CLO 3D software to refer to the stress diagram and pressure diagram Debug the paper pattern,and finally get a paper pattern with the expected best fit state,then make a virtual try-on and actual trousers,and evaluate it to get a fit jeans paper pattern.
