The purpose of this article is to restore the dyeing techniques in Tiangongkaiwu·Zhangshi,clarify the relationship between the parameters in the dyeing process and the final color,Using hematoxylin,safflower,indigo,and scutellaria to restore the process of purple,water red,sky blue,and goose yellow.Researching and analyzing the components which dyed on the fabric.Using TLC to identify the plants used in experiments,designing orthogonal experiments with RSM,the components which dyed on the fabric were analyzed by UPLC-MS.Based on the data obtained through orthogonal experiments and regression analysis of the experimental results,establishing a regression model of 4 colors K / S values.Supported by the experimental database,process of the expected color can be predicted.At the same time,measuring the dye uptake rate,color fastness to rubbing and color fastness to soaping to characterize the dyeing performance of plant pigments.The liquid chromatograms and mass spectra of four colors were measured by UPLC-MS method,and the main components of the dyeing were obtained after analysis.Finally,the process of 4 colors was restored,and the performance of the 4 dyeing methods was characterized in 3 aspects of dyeing rate,rubbing fastness and soaping fastness,and the pigment composition dyed on the fabric was analyzed.
