The Application Of Mulberry Dyeing In Tie-dyed Silk Garments

In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted the development of the rejuvenation of excellent traditional Chinese culture.As an important part of the Chinese civilization,plant dyeing technology and tie-dye technology reflect people’s understanding of beauty and the pursuit of a better life,and contain the wisdom and creativity of mankind.Combining the two,giving full play to the value of natural plant dyes in tie-dye art,not only can give the fabric a healthy and environmentally friendly natural color,but also can make a unique and unique pattern pattern,at the same time to meet people’s physiological and psychological needs,has a very high cultural value and practical application value.Based on this,this topic is divided into three parts.Mulberry is taken as the source of dye,and the feasibility of its application in silk garments is deeply explored by combining with tie-dye technology.First the author to replace mulberry fruit mulberry dyes,break through the traditional dyeing method,explores its under the effect of ultrasound on the feasibility of real silk fabric dyeing experiments,through the specimen L value,value,b value and the analysis of the K/S value,obtained the mulberry dyes under the change of different single factor influence on silk dyeing effect,The optimum technological conditions of dyeing silk fabric with mulberry dye were optimized by orthogonal experiment.In order to improve dyeing fastness and enrich dye hue,the influence of three dyeing modes of pre-mordant,co-mordant and post-mordant on dyeing effect of silk fabrics was compared by using four kinds of mordant,and the color fastness to soap washing of dyed fabrics was tested.According to the experimental results,the optimal conditions of dyeing mulberry silk fabric with dye were as follows: dyeing solution concentration of 30g/L,dyeing time of60 min,dyeing temperature of 40 ℃,bath ratio of 1:50,stannous chloride solution as mordant and pre-mordant dyeing can get better dyeing effect.In the second part,the author combined the optimized process conditions obtained from the experiment of dyeing mulberry dye with different tying methods to produce a variety of tie-dye patterns through practical operation.And through case analysis,the author summarized the artistic effects of tie-dye technology in different clothing styles.The third part,the author integrated application of rational and emotional artistic thinking,the formation of plant dyeing,tie-dye,costume design,namely,from theory to practice in the research train of thought,refer to spring/summer 2021 women’s popular element and the questionnaire of data information,combining mulberries dye dyeing with different techniques,the application in the design of silk garments,Finally got to the "Graceful,Unbridled,Slow,Popsie" as the theme of the women’s clothing series,in order to be able to plant dyeing in tie-dyed art with the use of silk clothing design to provide a system of practical references and academic,as well as the excellent traditional folk crafts heritage render contribution.
