Wetland is an ecological landscape with general ecosystem service functions and its own unique service functions.It is an ideal habitat for many organisms and plays a huge role in maintaining the ecological environment and promoting human development,including fishery production,water regulation,climate regulation,recreation,and pollution purification.Provide habitats,education and scientific research,leisure and entertainment,and some other ecosystem service functions that cannot be used directly or indirectly.In the context of continuously seeking to improve the ecological environment and achieve sustainable development,the evaluation of the value of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem service functions has an important role in improving the quality of life of residents around the Baiyangdian wetland,improving the environment of the residents,and promoting the sustainable development of the regional economy.Relevant departments' scientific planning and development of wetlands are of reference significance,and also ensure that wetland resources can exist for a long time,continue to be used,and benefit future generations.This article uses the market value method,alternative cost method,shadow engineering method,results reference method,and income replacement method to estimate the service value of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem service functions in 1988,1998,2003,2008,2013,and 2018.The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the use value of the total ecosystem service functions of the Baiyangdian Wetland and the seven detailed use values ??of the ecosystem service functions were described.The dynamic change trend,and analyzed the factors that affect the value of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem service functions: Baoding's GDP,industrial structure,annual average temperature,and population;and a field questionnaire was issued to collect Baiyangdian wetland Use value evaluation obtains the existence value,heritage value and selection value of Baiyangdian Wetland,and analyzes the survey results to locate the main and secondary influencing factors of non-use value of Baiyangdian Wetland.Based on the analysis of Baiyangdian Wetland use value and non-use value evaluation results,suggestions for Baiyangdian Wetland management are put forward.The results show that: Calculating the value of Baiyangdian Wetland Ecosystem Service Function from 1988 to 2018 shows that its value is increasing year by year,and the annual growth rate is different.From the percentage of the value of various ecosystem service functions to the total ecosystem service function value,the proportion of fishery production value has gradually increased,from 9.04% in 1988 to 47.44% in 2018.The value contribution is the largest and constitutes an important part of the value of ecosystem service functions;followed by the value of leisure and entertainment,which will account for 22.54% by 2018.Baiyangdian has a unique natural landscape and deep cultural heritage,which provides Baiyangdian with great efforts to develop tourism resources.Innate advantages,Baiyangdian tourists have maintained a rapid growth trend in recent years,but this will inevitably increase the pressure to protect and improve the Baiyangdian wetland environment.It is especially important to master the balance between the development of Baiyangdian wetland tourism resources and environmental protection;the value of water regulation is The proportion of the overall ecosystem service function value is gradually decreasing,from more than 50% in1988 to less than 20% in 2018.Although there is still a large contribution to the value of ecosystem service functions,the water regulation function of Baiyangdian Wetland Reduction still needs attention;in addition,the value of education and scientific research The ratio decreased from 18.31% in 1988 to 6.05% in 2018,indicating that the value of education and scientific research in Baiyangdian Wetland needs to be further improved;climate regulation value and habitat value account for a small proportion of the total ecosystem service function value,and they are decreasing year by year.The main influencing factors of the value changes of the Baiyangdian Wetland Ecosystem Service Function are Baoding's GDP and the city's average temperature.The secondary influencing factors are the industrial structure and population.The questionnaire collected the personal willingness to pay to analyze the existence value,heritage value,and choice value of Baiyangdian Wetland were 39,987,600 yuan,2,264,444,490 yuan and 160,428,450 yuan,accounting for 48.6%,31.9%,and 19.5%,respectively.Statistical analysis revealed The factors that have a significant effect on the willingness of individuals to pay for wetland resources are: gender,education,preference,and distance.
