The development of machine tools reflects the industrial strength of a country.In every China International Machine Tool Exhibition,we can see all kinds of new CNC machine tools.In every exhibition,we can see that the development direction of CNC machine tools tends to intelligence,automation and high precision.In this paper,a new type of CNC rough and fine grinding integrated grinding machine is developed,aiming at the grinding of a kind of mechanical sewing tool.The development of the grinding machine conforms to the development trend of modern CNC machine tools.This paper analyzes the actual situation of cutting edge grinding,according to the specific requirements of the target cutting edge grinding,puts forward the structure design scheme of cutting edge grinding,adopts the layout mode of two stations in the structure,the cutter can be directly formed after two times of cutting edge grinding,and adopts the symmetrical grinding in the processing mode,which can ensure the good symmetry of the cutting edge.After the main structure scheme is determined,the other key components of the machine tool are carefully designed,such as blanking structure,fixture,protection,etc.In addition,the core parts such as ball screw,servo motor and spindle are selected and checked.In order to improve the rationality of design and the economy of manufacturing,based on the ANSYS Workbench 15.0 platform,the static and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool are analyzed.The static analysis of the machine tool base is carried out,and the overall stress deformation cloud chart is calculated.The easily deformed position is visually observed and the rationality of the design is effectively verified;The modal analysis of the whole machine tool is carried out to find out the key vibration modes and corresponding frequencies,so as to provide theoretical basis for avoiding resonance of the machine tool;the harmonic response analysis of the whole machine tool is carried out to obtain the amplitude curve of each axis,which is conducive to analyzing the safety characteristics of the machine tool processing;By analyzing the transient dynamics of the spindle,the deformation nephogram and curve of the spindle caused by the grinding reaction in the process of machining are solved,and the shape variable is verified to be within the controllable range which does not affect the machining accuracy.According to the structural characteristics of the machine tool and the operation process of grinding,the control system of the machine tool is designed,the PLC wiring schematic diagram is drawn,and the selection of key electrical components and some control components and the design and installation of the electrical control cabinet are completed according to the wiring diagram.At last,a lot of grinding experiments are carried out according to the accuracy requirements of the cutting tool,and several groups of typical experimental data are selected for explanation.The experimental results are fitted into the change trend curve,which is conducive to guiding the compensation of the spindle coordinate and feed speed in the process of machining,and convenient to find out the standard range of grinding parameter values in the secondary debugging.
