Digital twins are based on digital models of physical entities such as equipment,production lines,and even factories.They fuse the collected real-time data of physical units,and use digital models to simulate the behavior of physical entities in the real world.This article takes the engraving machine as the control object,designs a three-axis engraving machine control system,completes the engraving machine man-machine interface design,builds a three-dimensional model of the engraving machine according to the engraving machine's mechanical structure and parts composition,and completes the three-dimensional model in the Web environment Motion Simulation.The main research contents are as follows:First,analyze the digital twin technology at different stages.Taking the engraving machine as the digital twin entity,the overall structure of the engraving machine control system and the application of digital twin technology is designed.Then,complete the electrical design of the engraving machine control system and the initialization of the hardware system.The hardware equipment of the engraving machine control system is selected to complete the electrical design of the engraving machine control system.After completing the electrical design of the control system,configure the control parameters in the ring server.Third,the development of the engraving machine control program based on PLC graphical programming was completed,and the controller parameter configuration and controller program development were carried out in sequence.Parameter configuration includes communication parameter configuration,single axis motion parameter configuration and axis group motion parameter configuration.The controller program is divided into single axis control program and axis group control program.Fourth,the human-machine interface of the engraving machine is designed.According to the communication protocol between the controller and the PC,complete the parameter configuration of the EPA equipment;according to the variable information used in the PLC control program of the engraving machine,complete the development of the variable table in the configuration software;design the HMI of the engraving machine interface.Fifth,the mechanical structure and part composition of the engraving machine are studied.The three-dimensional model of the engraving machine is built using SolidWorks modeling software,which is mainly divided into part modeling and virtual assembly of parts.Among them,the part modeling mainly completes the modeling of 18 parts of the engraving machine,and the virtual assembly is to set up the matching relationship of the established parts,and complete the virtual assembly of the base and the workbench,X axis,Y axis,and Z axis..Sixth,the design of virtual simulation platform.Combined with the WebGL three-dimensional drawing standard,the Three.js development framework is used to complete the three-dimensional environment design of the virtual simulation platform and the loading of external three-dimensional models,and the binding of the control panel and specific simulation actions is completed using JavaScript scripts.Finally,the functions developed in this topic are verified.Debug the circuit of the engraving machine control system,verify the engraving machine man-machine interface,test the accuracy of the engraving machine control system,and complete the verification of the virtual simulation platform.
