In recent years,with the continuous development of coal mining in the direction of digitization and intelligence,in order to reduce the incidence of coal mining accidents,the application of new technologies to the safety production field of coal mines has become the key.The ventilation system is an important part of coal mining operations.The traditional ventilation method cannot adjust the air flow status in real time.It is difficult to ensure the reasonable distribution of the wind field,and it cannot meet the dynamic adjustment of the wind speed and wind direction during the coal mining process.Digital twin technology is a new technology based on modeling,simulation and virtual reality as the core,relying on big data and machine learning.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs and implements its digital twin model according to the characteristics of the coal mine comprehensive excavation face air flow control system newly developed by the project team.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)First introduce the new wind control physical system developed by the project team from the aspects of principle,function and composition,and then establish its virtual-real mapping model based on digital twin technology,and finally establish a communication bridge between the physical world and virtual world of the wind control system.The twin model,and the twin data generated by the entire sensing system are fused and processed to establish an intelligent regulation decision-making system.(2)Analyze and summarize the needs of the wind flow control virtual system,establish a digital model that meets the actual needs,and model the digital process of the main part of the virtual flow control device from the geometric model,the motion model and the control model.Establish geometric model for solid modeling and rendering,motion analysis and parameter definition of wind flow control device and research on virtual and real motion mapping,establish motion model and integrate 3DMAX and Unity3 D to establish control model.(3)Establish an interactive bridge virtual sensor between the virtual world and the physical world.Through the Unity3 D tool,the virtual sensor model configuration,the graphical display of the physical sensor collection data and the visual particle simulation of gas and dust concentration are realized.(4)Develop a digital twin airflow control system prototype under Unity3 D tools,and demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the system design through the system interface and system functions.The establishment of the digital twin model of the air flow control system is an expansion of the direction and technical ideas of coal production safety gradually becoming intelligent,and will provide an important guarantee for the safe mining of coal mines.
