Hydraulic fracturing technology has been applied in petroleum and natural gas industry,water conservancy and hydropower engineering,geothermal resources development,nuclear waste storage,geostress measurement and so on.As an economical and effective roof control technology,hydraulic fracturing has been popularized and applied abroad,and it can make up for the shortage of roof control technology such as blasting,which is proved to be successful and effective in practice,it has shown good technical,economic and social benefits in production practice.At the same time,domestic and foreign research on hydraulic fracturing top-cutting pressure relief shows that hydraulic fracturing can destroy the integrity of roof,weaken the strength and integrity of roof,make the roof of goaf collapse in time,shorten the hanging roof distance and time,to alleviate the influence of roadway stability caused by the increase of support pressure of roadway surrounding rock due to mining.The design will be based on the construction background of the belt conveyor laneway at working face 130604 and the pressure relief technology at working face 130606 in Maiduoshan coal mine,Ningxia Coal Industry Company of the State Energy Group,by means of Geomechanical test of surrounding rock of Roadway,mechanism analysis of hydraulic fracturing technology,numerical calculation,simulation,theoretical data analysis,field test and exploration,and mutual acquisition of underground construction,in this paper,the control technology of hydraulic fracturing pressure relief under the condition of hard roof in deep mine is studied systematically,and the main achievements are as follows.1.Using the advanced in-situ geomechanical testing method to carry out the geomechanical testing of the surrounding rock of the roadway,to grasp the distribution of in-situ stress and the structure and strength of the rock stratum,and according to the data of the surrounding rock collected from the actual measurement,compiling the design scheme of hydraulic fracturing pressure relief in Maiduoshan Coal Mine.2.The technology of hydraulic fracturing top-cutting and pressure-releasing was tested in Maiduoshan coal mine for the first time,which provided a new idea and basis for controlling the deformation of roadway surrounding rock in similar deep mining coal mine and other deep mining mineral mine,and realized safe mining.3.Hydraulic fracturing technology is used to replace the traditional deep-hole blasting technology,which greatly improves the construction safety and actual operation effectiveness,and effectively links up the application of new technology,at the same time,the construction period does not affect the normal production of the working face,providing conditions for the realization of high-yield and high-efficiency of modern mines.4.The shrinkage deformation of roadway is 30% lower than that of the section without hydraulic fracturing,that is,the close of top and bottom plate is controlled within 1000 mm,and the shrinkage of two sides is controlled within 700 mm,a set of hydraulic fracturing technical parameters and techniques suitable for the geological conditions of Maiduoshan Coal Mine have been successfully explored.The design has 71 figures,9 tables and 94 references.
