With a large number of coal resources mining,coal mine gas safety production problems gradually emerged,coal mine gas control seriously restricted the development of coal production.Pre-drainage of coal seam gas is an effective measure to prevent gas disaster and ensure safe production of coal mine.Taking YangMei group temple zhuang companies as engineering background,on the basis of site investigation and the analysis of geological conditions,adopts the theory analysis,numerical simulation and process design,industrial test and other research methods,studies the technique of hydraulic fracturing and cutting top pressure relief,by adopting effective pressure relief antireflection strengthening extraction,measures to improve coal seam gas drainage effect,achieved good application effect,the main achievements are as follows:(1)designed the hydraulic fracturing top cutting and pressure relief design scheme for the mining area,monitored the displacement of surrounding rock,stress of anchor cable,and stress of working face advanced support,and analyzed the stress of coal pillar and the movement law of working face roof.The construction sequence of hydraulic fracturing design scheme for cutting off the top and relieving pressure: observe the roof rock structure with a peep instrument ? determine fracturing parameters ? fracturing drilling construction ? fracturing implementation ? fracturing monitoring.(2)on the basis of field investigation,sample and analyze the mining conditions of the 15117 working face address,and pre-design the fracturing location of the mining area.Key parameters such as length of S drilling hole,elevation Angle,axial included Angle and mutual position relation were designed,and drilling design scheme was formed.The overhanging roof collapse in triangle area of double-row hole construction area is more timely and overall effect is better than single-row hole construction area.(3)the field monitoring data show that hydraulic fracturing area dramatically improve working face roof hanging problem,end timely across the roof fall,don't need to return the anchor bolt anchor cable,achieve the goal that increases with the increasing mining fall,ensure the high efficiency of working face mining,the completion of the stability of the mine production safety,for the whole of mine mining plan cohesion is of great significance.The paper has 54 figures,11 tables,87 references.
