In order to solve the problem of random value of rock mechanics parameters in the process of surrounding rock analysis of Dongpang mine deep roadway,this paper studies the back analysis method of rock mechanics parameters with field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis and industrial test as the research object,using the BP neural network model optimized by genetic algorithm for 21222 The elastic modulus E,internal friction angle ? and cohesion c of the surrounding rock of the belt roadway are inversely calculated,and the E,? and C values of the surrounding rock around the test roadway of Dongpang mine are determined.The Softening Trend of the E and C values with the displacement of the roadway is discussed.The softening process of the mechanical parameters of the rock mass is used to guide the support design of the leather roadway in the 21222 working face of Dongpang mine,and the support scheme and parameters of the belt roadway are proposed ? The main achievements are as follows: 1(1)Based on the displacement observation records of 21222 belt roadway,the damage situation and characteristics of 21222 belt roadway are analyzed.The mechanical properties of 21222 belt roadway roof and floor and 2 × 10 coal seam rock are tested in laboratory.The tensile strength,compressive strength,cohesion,internal friction angle and Poisson's ratio of rock test block are measured.(2)In this paper,BP neural network theory,genetic algorithm and displacement back analysis are synthetically used to inverse the mechanical parameters of the strata in the experimental tunnel of Dongpang mine.The elastic modulus E,internal friction angle ? and cohesion c of surrounding rock of 21222 belt roadway are analyzed based on the actual displacement value of belt roadway,and the softening law of E and C with the displacement of roadway is analyzed.The mechanical parameters and strain softening law of rock mass obtained by inversion are applied to FLAC3 D numerical model,and the support scheme and parameters of roadway are determined.(3)The industrial test shows that the tunnel supporting scheme can effectively control the deformation of the tunnel.The error between the deformation of surrounding rock predicted by the numerical model and the actual displacement obtained by the industrial test is within 15%,reflecting that the rock parameters obtained by the inversion method can be well applied to the engineering practice,providing a reliable basis for the optimization of the roadway support in Dongpang mine and a method for determining the support technology and parameters of the same type of roadway.There are 34 figures,15 tables and 96 references in this paper.
