| Titanium alloy as an important metal,its wide range of applications bring industrial value to its research.Based on the analysis of various problems encountered in the traditional processing of titanium alloys,combined with the unique advantages of abrasive jet processing,this paper carried out an optimization study on the quality of abrasive jet cutting of titanium alloys.The main research work is as follows:(1)It is revealed that the two mesh garnet abrasives can cut the thick plate TC4 by the coupled jet method of 50% mass ratio mixing,which can solve the limitation of single particle size processing.Optimized the cutting efficiency of small-sized particles,improved the overall roughness of large-particle cutting and other cutting quality problems,and completed the purpose of one-time forming of high-efficiency and highprecision for thick plate materials.(2)The abrasive slurry jet processing technology combines intelligent algorithms and artificial neural network methods to multi-objectively optimize the cutting of highstrength titanium alloy TC18 plates,and obtains the best cutting quality(the best cutting angle and the lowest consumable cutting width).It is packaged into an independent application through the program,which is convenient for industrial application.(3)Aiming at the situation that it is often difficult to judge the later data impact analysis due to the inaccurate control of design parameters that often occur in orthogonal experiments,a block coefficient analysis method based on multiple regression is proposed.Its correctness is verified by classical analysis methods such as multivariate analysis of variance and gray correlation method.(4)Using the AUTODYN commercial numerical simulation software,the impact process of the abrasive particle jet on the target TC4 was visually studied in each case.Through comparative analysis,the conclusions obtained are consistent with the experimental conclusions in Chapter 2,revealing the dynamic behavior characteristics of abrasive particles and water impacting the target.The above rules can guide the selection of processing parameters more reasonably.At the same time,it also confirmed the rationality and effectiveness of multi-abrasive particle ratio coupled jet machining to optimize the processing quality.The paper has 63 pictures,19 tables and 76 references. |
