| The squeezing section is the first process in the sugar making process.The extraction rate and squeezing amount directly affect the production output and product quality of the subsequent sections,which is very important for the normal production and economic benefits of sugar enterprises.There are many factors that affect the squeezing process.Once there is a fault or problem,the continuous sugar production process will be interrupted,the squeezing capacity and extraction rate of the squeezing workshop will be reduced,the pressure will be increased,the energy consumption will be increased,and the normal production of the squeezing will be affected.According to the 13 th five year plan of Yunnan Province,combined with the problems of the press in the squeezing section of Cangyuan a sugar factory,taking the installation and embedding technology of the press as the research object,this paper selects four main factors,namely,the opening ratio,the comb mouth,the tail gap and the opening of the lower feeding stick,and takes the squeezing amount,the extraction rate,the water content of the bagasse and the conversion of the bagasse as the indexes to measure the squeezing effect.The orthogonal table L9(3)is designed with four factors and three levels 4)carry out the orthogonal test and get the best value of the press mounting parameters through the range analysis.The research in this paper has a theoretical guidance and value for the improvement of press capacity,extraction rate and safety productivity.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)according to the production experience,4 factors of orthogonal test are selected: working opening value of comb mouth,working opening ratio,tail gap value and opening value of lower feeding roller,and the relevant test data are obtained.(2)using the range analysis method,according to the test data,calculate the test index sum,average value and range of the influencing factors,analyze the primary and secondary relationship,optimal level and optimal combination of the influencing factors,and obtain the optimal value of the mounting parameters of the press.(3)verify the actual production by wet pressing test,collect bagasse and test data,calculate the extraction rate of each press,the percentage of juice produced by the front roll and the back roll,the percentage of bagasse fiber and the water content equivalent,and conduct real-time detection.(4)after the specific installation of the press mounting parameters,the statistical analysis of the daily production and operation records of each pressing season is carried out to obtain the comprehensive production performance,the reasonable effect evaluation and the optimization scheme.Through the research of this paper,the best value of the press mounting parameters is obtained,and the optimization of the actual production mounting parameters is realized,which provides the theoretical basis and technical parameter reference for improving the production capacity and efficiency of the press section. |
