The concept of sustainable development enables companies to produce more energy-saving and emission-reducing products. On the one hand, with the development of e-commerce,consumers can choose to purchase goods through online and offline channels, and consumer channel preferences become an important factor affecting production management;on the other hand,in order to encourage enterprises to produce more energy-saving and emission-reducing products, the government has an impact on internal production management through energy-saving subsidies and carbon taxes. The determination of optimal energy efficiency levels and carbon emissions can achieve a balance between corporate profit maximization and social responsibility. This paper introduces government policies into the production management of internal enterprises through the optimal energy-saving level and carbon emissions, and studies the dynamic decision-making of dual-channel supply chain considering energy saving subsidies and carbon taxes.Firstly,it reviews and summarizes the research status of government energy conservation subsidies, carbon tax policies and dual-channel supply chain.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of energy conservation and emission reduction in the dual-channel supply chain. Then, based on the consideration of government energy-saving subsidies,a dynamic model with retail price, wholesale price and energy-saving level as decision variables is established, and the optimal energy-saving level and related parameters are studied under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making modes. Finally, this paper introduces the concept of carbon tax in the above research, and establishes a dynamic model with retail price, wholesale price and unit carbon emission as decision variables, and analyzes the properties of related parameters under decentralized and centralized decision mode. The research results show that there are optimal energy-saving levels and carbon emissions, which makes the supply chain profit to the maximum. In the decentralized decision-making mode, the energy-saving level of products is positively correlated with consumer channel preferences, and carbon emissions are negatively correlated with channel preferences. In the centralized decision-making mode,energy-saving levels and carbon emissions are independent of consumer channel preferences. At the same time, under the two decision-making modes, when the government energy-saving subsidy coefficient increases, the optimal energy-saving level will increase, and the greater the consumer channel preference, the faster the energy saving level increases with the subsidy factor. When the carbon tax rate increases, the optimal carbon emissions in the production process of the enterprise may not necessarily decrease, depending on the initial carbon emissions of the enterprise. When the carbon tax rate becomes larger, the carbon emissions of enterprises with lower pollution levels will decrease, while the carbon emissions of enterprises with higher pollution levels will increase. The greater the consumer channel preference, the faster the rate of change.
