With the acceleration of vehicle renewal, the number of end-of-life vehicles has increased year by year.Because a large number of end-of-life vehicles can not be handled in time, serious environmental pollution and resource waste have been caused. In order to alleviate the pressure of environment and resources,China has strengthened domestic research and support for vehicle recycling industry. However, due to the lack of certification and management standards for the quality level of reuse of end-of-life vehicle parts, the development of vehicle recycling industry is slow.To solve the above problems,a classification and classification method of end-of-life vehicle parts based on usability evaluation is proposed, which provides a basis for the standardization work of domestic end-of-life vehicle recycling and reuse, and lays a foundation for standardizing the market order and improving the reuse rate of parts. The specific research contents are as follows:This paper presents a classification method for end-of-life vehicle parts based on usability evaluation, aiming at filling in the vacancy of domestic standardization work for the recovery and reuse of end-of-life vehicle parts, standardizing the market order, improving the reuse rate of end-of-life vehicle parts.Specific research contents are as follows:Establish the prediction model of residual service life of end-of-life vehicle parts. For end-of-life vehicle parts after recycling pretreatment, the remaining service life is forecasted first. The parts without remaining service life are directly treated as environmental protection or recycled parts, and the parts with remaining service life are followed up.The remaining service life prediction model can avoid fine disassembly and inspection of all parts, reduce workload and save cost and time.A comprehensive evaluation model for the usability of end-of-life vehicle parts is studied. The evaluation indexes affecting the usability of end-of-life vehicle parts are analyzed, and a two-level comprehensive evaluation model is established. The parts are divided into stamping parts, machined parts and other parts, and their usability index and influencing factors are analyzed respectively. The weight set of each layer of the evaluation model is calculated by using triangular fuzzy number, and the usable value of components is obtained by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.A classification method of end-of-life vehicle parts based on usability evaluation is proposed. In order to fill the shortage of standardized certification of end-of-life vehicle parts in our country, and to solve the problem that there is no basis for pricing and chaos in the market of vehicles recycling,a classification method for end-of-life vehicle parts is established.Classification is to divide the components into three levels according to the usable value of the parts, and paste the label to standardize the management of the reused parts. In this paper,a case-based reasoning method for classification is proposed. In order to further improve the efficiency of classification and classification to adapt to the increasing number of end-of-life vehicles, the case-based reasoning method is used to predict the classification and classification results. The classification data of end-oflife vehicle parts are recorded to form a case base, and the similarity between new cases and old cases is used to predict the classification results of parts. The classification method provides theoretical support for judging the availability level of the end-of-life vehicle parts, and is beneficial to the standardization construction of the recycling industry of the end-of-life vehicles, and has the academic value and practical engineering significance.
