China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and under the background ofglobal economic integration, various trades and industries are facing fierce marketcompetition in China. Textile machinery enterprises as China’s traditional pillarindustries of the national economy, under the influence of foreign enterprises,development is now limping along, China textile machinery enterprises are facing thisproblem.(1)our country lack of independent innovation ability of textile machineryenterprise, high-end products rely on imports.(2) product homogenization of serious,many domestic textile machinery product homogeneity, some products rely oncompany logo to distinguish different, leading to lack of own-brand feature, making itimpossible to improve competitiveness.(3) industrial organization structure is notperfect, geographic and enterprise scale resulting in many enterprises using low-pricecompetition means to improve sales, makes the whole industry had formed a negativeprice competition, affecting the development of textile machinery industry.(4)textilemachinery enterprises in China for the purpose of product design and not enough on,product design relies on simple technical upgrades, simplify the complex features anduser operations demand the formation of a contradiction, not taken into account in theprocess of developing a people-centre cause there are available on the problem of theproduct.For these questions, papers will be combining usability design and productdevelopment of textile machinery, through to usability, usability engineering lifecycle,usability testing methods and evaluation methods of research, combined with productdevelopment processes, and guidelines for product design, usability analysis of textilemachinery products, textile machinery product usability design guidelines have beensummarized, as well as made textile machinery product development processes andmethods that are available, establishment of evaluation system and verified by topicinstances, design theory and method of improving product availability, productdevelopment provides a reference of the textile machinery industry.
