The control of odor in storage and transportation system of refinery is the requirement of national standards and also the need of enterprise's development and safe in operation.Starting from the whole system of refinery storage and transportation,this dissertation analyzes the odor distribution area,resulting in odor related operations,specific parts of the odor generated.Combined with the odor producing area,operation and so on,the feasible technological scheme of odor treatment technology is put forward.Then,according to the actual situation of Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co.,Ltd.,compare the advantages and disadvantages of various odor treatment technology program,select the appropriate process technology program.Finally,the technical scheme for controlling the odor of oil tank waterdraining system,automobile loading and train loading system and tank top gas was determined.The results of industrial application show that the application of closed dehydration technology in storage tank dehydration is of great significance and changes the traditional method.With the successful application of oil and gas recovery,most of the volatile organic compounds are reused and reused.When loading the oil gas treated by the oil and gas recovery,exhaust out the non methane total hydrocarbon concentration <13g/m3 oil gas recovery rate is above 97%;Benzene tank top respiration of oil and gas treated by the oil and gas recovery,exhaust out the non methane total hydrocarbon concentration <3mg/m3 oil gas recovery rate is above 97%;the Intermediate product tank respiration of oil and gas treated by the oil and gas recovery,exhaust out the non methane total hydrocarbon concentration <7g/m3 and organic sulfur content <15mg/m3,H2 S content <5mg/m3,oil and gas recovery rate of more than 97%.All the exhaust gas is sent to the company's sulphur plant Claus tail gas incinerator for further incineration,which can solve the problems of volatile organic compounds,hydrogen sulfide and other odor emissions.By optimizing the start-up conditions of the chiller,the running time of the chiller is reduced,and the power consumption is reduced by 15%.Through the use of hierarchical control technology to control the liquid ring compressor inlet gas collection manifold pressure,to ensure smooth operation of the device,to avoid oil and gas due to recovery gas seal is not strict,make leakage.Through the optimization of the refrigeration unit's control and operation time,we can ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit and stop the refrigeration unit in winter,so as to save energy and reduce the maintenance cost.In Sinopec Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co.,Ltd.,because of the successful application of storage and transportation system of odor control facilities,our factory not only realizes the centralized control of the odor in the field,recovers most volatile organic gases,improves the safety of tank operation,but also reduces the consumption of nitrogen in nitrogen sealing system,to play multiple purposes,for further improves the odor control experience.
