In the era of frequent product replacement,the initial impulse of consumers to the product is the emotional resonance between the product and the product,so the perceptual stimulation brought by the product to consumers is the initial experience of consumers to use the product.Nowadays,lipstick,as a kind of brand in FMCG industry,has a wide range of brands.The product should not only attract people's attention in advertising,but also focus on product design and packaging.A good design first shows the product characteristics in the visual aspect to attract consumers and make consumers feel comfortable in the touch.The packaging of products not only has the function value,but also the more important purpose is to promote consumption,attract consumers' attention,stimulate their desire to buy,and make them competitive in many commodities.Therefore,in lipstick design and packaging design,perceptual engineering is of great significance.This paper tries to analyze the emotional image of lipstick products with rational analysis method from the perspective of perceptual engineering,and uses the theory of perceptual engineering to establish a non-linear fuzzy clustering model to find the relationship between consumers' emotional image of lipstick and factors of lipstick design,and draws the prototype of lipstick design through users' perceptual needs,so as to guide the brand design of a series of lipstick products.
