With the increasing homogenization of functions and technologies,product design has become one of the important factors affecting consumer spending decisions.In modern design,users pay more attention to the spiritual feeling brought by product design,that is,“emotional demand”.By researching the emotional needs of users,we can create differentiated features of product modeling,and then realize emotional design of products to improve market competition.Force has become a new trend in product design research.At present,in order to meet the emotional needs of users,research on applying emotional engineering methods to mine user emotional needs has gradually increased.Through qualitative and quantitative methods to study the product design elements and user's perceptual image,the application of intelligent algorithms to optimize product design elements,and then achieve the design of the product's appearance,with higher efficiency,while overcoming the ambiguity of the design process,On the other hand,it overcomes the shortcomings of obtaining user hidden requirements and solving user requirements with low efficiency,long time,lack of objectivity and continuity.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a research on the design of CNC machine tools based on perceptual engineering.By using product morphology research theory to analyze user requirements,applied evolutionary laws,support vector machines,genetic algorithms and other related fields of theory and methods,the product model is constructed.The process approach to design research.The method is mainly divided into four parts: 1.Extraction and expression of modeling elements of CNC machine tools.The modeling design elements are extracted from the numerical control machine tool samples,the key components of the numerical control machine tool design are identified,the representative samples are determined,the demand evolution law and the technological evolution law are used to evolve the modeling design elements,and the modeling design element sets are constructed;2.The product modeling image is acquired.Based on the user's emotional needs,the user's perceptual image is obtained,and the target perceptual image is determined.3.The modeling image evaluation model based on support vector machine is constructed.The modeling image matrix obtained in the above two steps is used as the input data of the model construction,and the mapping model between the modeling element and the target perceptual image is trained.4.The product modeling optimization design based on genetic algorithm.The modeling image evaluation value and the evaluation model are respectively converted into the initial population and fitness functions required by the genetic algorithm,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the optimal product element combination scheme.In the obtained optimal child generation results,the designer is combined with the designer.The design,the design of CNC machine tools,the complete application of modeling elements in the design of CNC machine tools.Based on the method of this paper,the research method of numerical control machine tool design based on inductive engineering is constructed,and the product modeling optimization scheme is output.The correctness and effectiveness of the method are verified.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole.
