As a new type of marine functional oil,Antarctic krill oil has received extensive attention.It is also a product with relatively high nutritional efficiency and added value in Antarctic krill-related products,which makes it the most promising Antarctic phosphorus.One of the shrimp products.At present,the extraction techniques of Antarctic krill phospholipids include supercritical extraction,ultrasonic and microwave enzyme-assisted extraction,organic solvent extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis and solvent.Although the solvent extraction method has high efficiency and is convenient for continuous operation,the extraction rate of krill phospholipids is low,the operation steps are cumbersome and the residual organic solvent content is easily exceeded,and some organic solvents have high toxicity,and these reasons are all The use of this method is limited.The supercritical extraction method avoids the residue of the organic solvent,but is still a"one-pot end"extensive extraction.Only the lipid extraction efficiency is concerned,and the composition of the extracted krill oil is limited by the krill raw material,which is difficult to maintain consistent,especially the phospholipid content in the krill oil is greatly different.In this study,krill lipids were fractionated and extracted,and krill oil with different lipid composition was prepared.It can enrich the types of krill oil,prepare krill oil with different functional properties,and can prepare phosphorus with target composition ratio as needed.Shrimp oil products,constant krill oil end product quality.The specific research is as follows:1."Two-step method"for the preparation of Antarctic krill oilFirstly,the first step of extracting the hot-dried Antarctic krill powder by supercritical CO2 extraction method is to obtain the first-stage extraction of Antarctic krill oil and the first-grade extraction of Antarctic krill powder.Secondly,the first-grade krill powder is treated with absolute ethanol.Two-step extraction.The effects of entrainer and extraction duration on the quality of first-and second-stage extraction of krill oil were investigated.The results showed that?1?the presence or absence of entrainer or extended extraction time had no significant effect on the oil extraction of the first-grade krill oil;?2?the extended supercritical extraction time could effectively extract the triglyceride of the first-grade krill oil.Non-polar lipids such as free fatty acids and cholesterol have a significant enrichment effect on polar lipids of secondary krill oil;?3?the use of entrainer can significantly increase the first-grade krill under the same extraction time conditions Oil lipid separation effect;2.Preparation of Antarctic krill blending oil by carrier cosolvent and supercritical CO2extractionA natural vegetable oil?soybean oil?was used as a carrier cosolvent to establish a process for extracting Antarctic krill oil by"carrier cosolvent synergistic supercritical CO2method".The effects of different supercritical separation reactor pressures on the quality of krill blended oil were investigated.The results showed that?1?the extraction efficiency of krill blended oil could be significantly improved by the carrier cosolvent synergistic supercritical extraction method,and the extraction rate increased from 6.65%to 30.84%compared with the simple supercritical extraction method;Under the conditions of separation pressure of 6 MPa,8 MPa and 10 MPa,the acid value and peroxide value of krill blended oil increased first and then decreased.?3?The non-polar fat content of krill blended oil had a certain degree.Increased,but the polar ester content is not significantly different;?4?the PUFA content of krill blended oil is significantly higher than that of pure supercritical extraction of krill oil;?5?cosolvent synergistic supercritical CO2 extraction of krill reconciliation.The oil effectively removes some of the undesirable characteristics of the krill oil.The above results indicate that the preparation of Antarctic krill oil by the"two-step method"used in this study can effectively enrich the krill oil phospholipid content.The carrier cosolvent synergistic supercritical extraction of krill blending oil can significantly improve the lipid extraction efficiency and improve the lipid quality,which is of great significance for the development of Antarctic krill oil products.
