CuInSe2 QDs with high performance of high absorption,no toxicity and adjustable band gap can be achieved by doping Mn and Sn,which can improve the efficiency of QDs sensitized solar cells as the light absorption material.In this paper,Mn-and Sn-doped CuInSe2 quantum dots were prepared by solvothermal method.The effects of reaction conditions on the phase structure,size,morphology and photoelectric properties of the quantum dots were studied by XRD,U-V,PL and TEM.The main contents are as follows:?1?Mn doped CuInSe2 quantum dots were prepared by solvothermal method.Mn?OAc?2 was used as manganese source,while diphenylphosphine dissolved selenium powder as Se source,CuI and InCl3?4H2O as raw materials,octadecene?ODE?and oleamine?OAm?as solvent.The reaction time was 1 hour,and the reaction temperature was 190?.Mn-CuInSe2 quantum dots of chalcopyrite structure with uniform distribution and particle size of about 8 nm were synthesized.The U-V results shows that the absorption peak of Mn doped CuInSe2 QDs is wide,which proves that Mn doping can broad the optical absorption range and improve the optical absorption capacity of the QDs.?2?Using SnCl2?2H2O as tin source,Sn doped CuInSe2 quantum dots were prepared.The effect of Sn doping on CuInSe2 quantum dots was studied.Under the experimental conditions of 200?and 1 hour,Sn-CuInSe2 quantum dots with good structure,high crystallinity and size of 15 nm chalcopyrite structure were synthesized.The analysis of U-V and PL shows that the absorption peak appears red shift and the emission peak is enhanced,indicating that the doping of Sn is beneficial to the improvement of the optical properties of quantum dots.
