As a drug delivery method with good clinical compliance, topical patches consisting mainly of drugs and substrates are widely used because of their simple structure. In particular, the electrostatic spinning membrane matrix developed in recent years has attracted much attention. It disperses and loads drug molecules on the micro and nano structure, which not only has uniform drug dispersion, large drug load, controllable and efficient drug release, but also has perforated pore structure, good air permeability, and is conducive to skin respiration without skin irritation. In this study, styrene thermoplastic elastomer and C5 resin were used as the main components to prepare pressure-sensitive adhesive type adhesive for external use. However, due to its lack of polarity,it is not suitable for hydrophilic drugs, which greatly limits its application in external use adhesive. In this paper,SIS/PEG/C5,SEBS/PEG/C5 and SEBS-g-PEG/C5 were used to prepare three types of amphiphilic amphiphilic electrospun fiber films, which provided theoretical basis and technical support for their application in percutaneous drug delivery matrix.?1?Preparation of the electrospinning fiber membrane with parental SIS/PEG/C5.SIS/C5and PEO solutions were used for mixed spinning.By changing the ratio of SIS/C5 and PEO to4:0,3:1,2:2,1:3 and 0:4,respectively,the two-parent electrospinning membrane SIS/C5-PEO was prepared under different conditions and its properties were characterized. The results show that the higher the proportion of SIS/C5,the higher the degree of cross-linking,the smaller the pores between the fibers and the viscosity of the fiber membrane matrix. The higher the proportion of PEO,the water contact Angle of the fiber membrane matrix decreases gradually, but the decreasing extent is limited, and the fiber membrane is still in the state of hydrophobic overall.?2?Study on the spinning conditions of amphiphilic SEBS/C5-PEO and the preparation of fiber membrane.SEPS/C5 and SEBS/C5 matrix films with different ratios were obtained by solution coating method. The effects of solution concentration, viscosity and electrical conductivity on SEBS/C5 spinning conditions were investigated.By changing the ratio of SEBS/C5 and PEO to 4:0,3:1,2:2,1:3 and 0:4 respectively, the parental electrostatic spinning fiber membrane under different conditions was prepared and its properties were characterized. The results showed that with the increase of SEBS/C5 ratio, the degree of cross-linking of fiber membrane matrix increased gradually, the porosity of fiber decreased gradually, and the peeling strength decreased gradually. At the same time, the higher the proportion of PEO,the water contact Angle of the fiber matrix increases slightly compared with that of SIS/C5-PEO fiber membrane, but the fiber membrane is still hydrophobic on the whole.?3?Structure optimization and preparation of amphiphilic SEBS-g-PEG/C5electrospinning membrane. The benzyl chloride group was introduced into the benzene ring of SEBS by chloromethylation reaction.By changing the SEBS-g-PEG and C5 and,indeed,5:5respectively,now and then, with both parents sex electrostatic spinning fiber membrane SEBS-g-PEG/C5,explores the C5 content on the influence of the preparation of fiber membrane performance, the results show that with the increase of the content of C5 fiber membrane matrix of crosslinking degree more and more obvious, the porosity of the fibers reduce gradually, nearly closed membrane, peel strength gradually increased, the water contact Angle increased gradually, but are less than 90°.When the ratio of SEBS-g-PEG to C5 was 7:3,the adhesion was moderate, the water contact Angle was 37°,and the hydrophilicity was good.
