Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)has a large piezoelectric coefficient,wide frequency response,easy to match acoustic impedance,high mechanical strength,good flexibility,light weight,impact resistance and so on.So its quasi-static and strong dynamic load under the mechanical behavior and piezoelectric effect caused widespread concern.PVDF material not only has good physical properties,but also has a good piezoelectric effect and pyroelectric effect.When in a dynamic environment such as dynamic impact,vulnerable to a variety of physical field effects.Due to the excellent characteristics of PVDF,it is suitable for strong impact loads.In order to better understand its characteristics and the corresponding situation under the impact load,this paper has carried out theoretical and simulation research,including the following aspects.1?The constitutive equation and coupling equation of PVDF film are deduced.At the same time,PVDF has good pyroelectricity,but its research on pyroelectric correlation is rare,so the pyroelectric equation and the force-heat-electric coupling equation are also deduced.In order to facilitate the finite element analysis,the coupled constitutive equation is transformed into a differential control equation.2?The force-electric coupling equation of piezoelectric material is deduced.According to the piezoelectric equation and the deflection formula of the cantilever beam,the relationship between the deflection and the charge of the PVDF piezoelectric cantilever beam is deduced.A piezoelectric double crystal cantilever was established,and the voltage and displacement load were applied to verify the piezoelectricity of the material.3?The PVDF film under the impact load is analyzed and the finite element method is selected.Simulation was carried out using ANSYS Multiphysics and ANSYS LS-DYNA software.The stress of the PVDF film during the impact process and the dynamic piezoelectric properties were analyzed.4? According to the simulation results,the PVDF scale effect is deduced: the dynamic piezoelectric response of PVDF is not related to the diameter of the film,and it is significantly related to the thickness of the film.5? the use of Multiphysics PVDF film thermal effect simulation.The effect of potentialreversal on thermal effect is limited by the potential of PVDF film...
