Petroleum,natural gas and other energy is widely used in various fields of industry and civil.It has the characteristics of flammable and explosive,which is easy to cause fire and explosion accidents.In the event of fire and explosion,the shock wave will have a significant impact on the personal safety and public property.PVDF piezoelectric film is a new type of sensing material,which is widely used in research and Application.It has the advantages of low cost,thin thickness,wide frequency response range,high sensitivity,easy cutting,stability and so on,which is suitable for the measurement of impact stress in the field of explosion and impact testing.The response characteristics of PVDF piezoelectric thin film is an important basis for its application in the field of explosion impact testing and safety monitoring.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and engineering significance to analyze and study the response characteristics of PVDF piezoelectric thin films.In this paper,PVDF piezoelectric thin film is taken as the research object,using 37 mm light gas gun as the impact loading method to study the influence of different sizes and thicknesses on the response characteristics of PVDF piezoelectric thin films under impact loading.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)The sensitivity coefficients of PVDF piezoelectric thin films with different thickness were obtained by plane impact test of light gas gun.The results show that it has a high linearity in the range of 500~900 MPa.(2)The PVDF thin films with different thickness were simulated by using the plane shock ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Results compared with the experimental results,the stress response amplitude error is less than 10%,which indicates that there is a good agreement between simulation and experiment,and the results also show that there is no relationship between the material thickness and the response amplitude.(3)The plane impact test results of PVDF films with different area show that the corresponding relation between the area of material and the output charge is consistent with the theoretical prediction.
