Research And Practice Of New And Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Mode In Zaozhuang Mining Area

Based on the research on the equipment development level and production system of the coal industry,combined with the actual production situation of each mining area of Zaokuang group,this paper carries out the optimization of production system and upgrading the equipment level,so as to realize the transformation of the old and new kinetic energy modes,promote the transformation of the new labor organization modes of the coal enterprises,such as no night shift production,weekend break,etc.,and make the employees of the coal industry "civil servants" ”The work is possible,and the main achievements are as follows:1)Based on the analysis of the three major systems of the mine,the paper summarizes the three basic requirements for the cancellation of night shift operation in Coal Mining: working face production capacity > transportation buffer capacity > main shaft lifting capacity,which lays the foundation for optimizing the production system and driving the reform of labor organization mode.2)Put forward the idea of "pre washing and pre clean coal",fully release the equipment efficiency,realize the maximum profit of the mine,carry out the research on the underground paste filling technology,solve the problem of the separation of gangue,and relieve the pressure of the main and auxiliary shaft.3)The whole process of raw coal production system has been optimized to form an intensive and efficient production mode.Through the innovation of support technology,the manual occupation during the mining period has been further reduced,and the coal bunker capacity expansion has been vigorously implemented,which creates conditions for the production and operation.4)A complete set of mine production system intelligent equipment upgrading scheme has been formed,especially in the mining face equipment upgrading,the intelligent automatic and unmanned mode is used instead of the traditional operation mode,which realizes the optimal configuration of production equipment in line with the actual situation on site,and has the conditions for promotion and application as the industry standard.5)Studied the way of advance support,put forward the organization way of "advance reinforcement,active support,observation of mine pressure,cancellation of single body".We have upgraded mining and excavation equipment in an all-round way,continuously optimized the production system,simplified the occupation of personnel,and improved the work efficiency of personnel.There are 39 figures,7 tables and 106 references in this paper.
