Research On Eco-innovation Mechanism Of Industrial Chain In Ecologically Vulnerable Areas

The environment is the basis for human survival and development.However,in recent years,due to the unrestrained demand for environment and resources,the pollution caused by enterprise production has become more and more serious,and the environmental protection process in various places is also limited by the economic protection policies of various places.Failure to implement and implement effectively will lead to increased regional ecological vulnerability.Especially for some underdeveloped regions in China,how to achieve accurate poverty alleviation while taking into account ecological benefits is a very challenging task.As a fast-growing emerging field,eco-innovation has been regarded as an important way for China's industrial transformation and upgrading.The paper selects the ecologically fragile area to study the paper industry with large environmental pollution and closely related to life.According to the status and characteristics of the paper industry in ecologically fragile areas,the eco-industrial park with government,enterprises and farmers as the main body is constructed.The industrial chain carries out ecological innovation,which enables the paper industry to improve the competitiveness of the industry while reducing environmental pollution.The farmer are encouraged to carry out ecological production models to increase the income of farmers and achieve the goal of precise poverty alleviation,thereby realizing economic and ecological benefits.Take into account and improve regional ecological vulnerability.This paper constructs a game model and a system dynamics model to give advice on how the government can formulate policies to achieve sustainable development of the industrial chain.Through game analysis and simulation,this paper finds that improving the government's supervision intensity to enterprises and farmers can effectively promote enterprises and farmers to carry out ecological production,but excessive investment will affect the government's willingness to supervise,while enterprises and farmers will benefit from ecological production.It will be the key to affecting whether it will continue to choose an ecological production model.In addition,this paper finds that the government's increased supervision intensity and subsidies can effectively reduce sewage emissions,and the ecological input of enterprises will have a positive impact on the environment.Therefore,the key to achieving sustainable development of the ecologically fragile industrial chain is to improve the efficiency of government supervision and reduce the ecological input costs of enterprises and farmers,so as to achieve both economic and ecological benefits.
