The oil fume of domestic household range hood directly discharged into atmosphere without treatment causes serious air pollution and haze,at the same time,it endangers people's health.The oil grease separation ways of conventional household range hood are divided into two main categories: one is to make use of the collusion of metal filter with oil fume and cooling,playing the role of filtration and separation.The other is through the fan driving the mixture of gas through its passage to rotate at high speed,take advantage of centrifugation to achieve oil fume separation.The two separation ways has poor effect in removing oil fume,for most of the fumes are still be discharged directly into the atmosphere.At the same time,oil fume directly entering fan system aggravates the pollution of range hood itself,which result in the decrease of smoke discharging effect and affects human health.This thesis adopts high voltage electrostatic separation technology applied to the inside of household range hood,completing oil fume separation and collection at the front end of range hood so as to reduce the pollution of range hood and oil fume discharging.This article designs appropriate high voltage electrostatic module according to household range hood installation space dimension.First of all,a simple physical model is established to simulate the motion of oil droplets in the electric field.Through theoretical analysis,it's concluded that adjusting plate distance properly,amplifying the two level voltage of the plate and increasing plate length appropriately can effectively improve oil fume separation efficiency.Second,safety requirements,structure installation dimension of range hood and the difficulty of module manufacturing shall be considered in the integral module.Various discharging modes of collecting electrodes and discharging electrodes in electrode structure were designed.Through comparing the actual absorption effect test of different electrodes modes to finalize optimization scheme.Third,DC high voltage power supply circuit based on pulse frequency regulation was independently designed and developed,whose efficiency is higher than market product,average efficiency increased by about 30%.Fourth,the adsorption effect of electrostatic oil fume purification module on oil fume was verified through establishing testing platform and through comparing oil fume collection degree of range hood to compare the decrement of PM2.5 and TVOC discharged into atmosphere.Theexperimental results showed that high voltage electrostatic had favorable oil fume separation effect and high reliability,oil fume removing rate reaches 80%.The front and rear end of high voltage electrostatic module PM2.5 was decreased by 80%,compared with the prototype without electrostatic module,the PM2.5 discharged into the atmosphere,decreased by 60%,which reduced the exhaust of oil fume.Comparing the range hood adopting electrostatic oil fume purification module with ordinary range hood,besides reducing emission,substantially reduce the long-term accumulation of grease in the fan system,reduce the loss of air performance and promote the noise reduction and prolong the life service of range hood.
