Research On Enterprise Development Strategy Of Environmental Protection Company C Under The New Normal Economy

The construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection has been attached great importance to for a long time in the process of economic development in China,and the main driving force of the construction of ecological civilization in China is the environmental protection industry.China has entered a new normal economy for nearly five years,and new changes have taken place in the economic development model.Environmental protection enterprises should make timely transformation to meet the new requirements of current economic development.From the nineteenth National Congress to the two sessions in 2019,the Party and the state have put forward important instructions for the construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection to cope with the new normal economic situation.As a listed environmental protection company,in order to maintain its competitiveness in the environmental protection industry,this paper combines the background of the new normal economy of our country,analyses its external environment and internal conditions,studies its development strategy,according to its own situation,formulates the strategic focus from the aspects of traditional business,science and technology frontier and national dynamics,and establishes the strategic theory of enterprise development.The application of environmental protection enterprises is innovative.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of enterprise development strategy,clarifies the concepts involved in this paper,summarizes the existing research on the development strategy of environmental protection enterprises,and analyses and reviews the literature on the new normal economy,environmental protection business and environmental protection technology as the theoretical basis of the whole paper.Secondly,this paper summarizes the external environment of C Environmental Protection Company.The external environment analysis includes the environment analysis of the new normal economy,the policy environment analysis,the market capacity analysis and the industry competition analysis.The enlightenment of the development of environmental protection enterprises is given in the new normal economy and the national policy analysis.It is mainly divided into three aspects: one is the large-scale centralized traditional environmental pollution control,and the other is the large-scale centralized traditional environmental pollution control.The second is the renovation of the overall environmental system,that is,the construction of regional ecological civilization,and the third is the innovation of environmental protection technology.These enlightenments will be taken as the general policy of the follow-up development strategy of C Environmental Protection Company.In addition,this paper also summarizes the internal conditions of C Environmental Protection Company from the aspects of environmental protection business,technology and products,market and capital,and personnel team.Thirdly,this paper uses SWOT tools to summarize and analyze the external environment and internal conditions of C Environmental Protection Company,and combines external opportunities,external threats,internal strengths and internal weaknesses to analyze the current development bottlenecks and future development direction of C Environmental Protection Company.Thirdly,according to the SWOT analysis results,this paper puts forward the strategic development principles and objectives of C Environmental Protection Company,formulates a diversified comprehensive business development strategy,and puts forward three key points of development strategy: traditional pollution control business,ecological system construction business and frontier business of environmental protection science and technology.Focusing on the strategic focus,this paper formulates a detailed strategy implementation,including business innovation positioning,development model,development path and business model.Finally,according to the SWOT analysis of C Environmental Protection Company's development issues in addition to the strategic focus,this paper puts forward six safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy: optimizing the organization,strengthening the innovative talent team of fund management,breaking through the technical barrier,improving the incentive mechanism and creating entrepreneurship.This paper gives the analysis process and specific strategic content of environmental protection enterprise strategy formulation under the new normal economy,and provides a set of relatively complete guidelines for the strategic formulation of environmental protection enterprises under the new normal economy of our country,which has important practical significance.
