The main parameters affecting the safety,high yield and efficiency of 31203 fully mechanized caving face are the choice of working face length and face interview ratio under the background of entering a deeper 31 coal mining operation in inch mining face.Based on the engineering geological analysis,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis and field engineering observation of 31203 fully mechanized caving face of Cuncaota II mine,the main parameter optimization of 31203 fully mechanized caving face in Cuncaota II mine is studied in this paper.1.The influence of 22115 working face mining on the internal stress state of the surrounding rock in 31203 fully mechanized caving face is analyzed by numerical simulation: 22115 The stress decreases in the surrounding rock directly below the Goaf,and the mine pressure appears to be improved compared with the direct mining of 31203 face.22115 the stress in the surrounding rock below the coal pillar in GOAF increases,which will increase compared with the direct mining of 31203 working face.After 22115 working face mining,the complete rock layer in the overlying rock layer is destroyed,which leads to the uncertainty of the periodic pressure prediction work in 31203 face mining.2.Through numerical simulation,the influence of different mining height and working face length on the front support pressure of coal wall in working face is analyzed,and the reasonable mining height of the working face is 3.5m,the mining ratio is 1:0.71,and the working face length is 250 m.3.The main parameters of coal caving process in the working face are optimized by numerical calculation,and the coal recovery rate of top coal and the gangue content of reclaimed top coal are taken as the indexes,and the coal discharge step distance of 31203 fully mechanized caving face is determined as "one knife,one put",and the coal caving method adopts single wheel sequential diaphragm to release coal.4,on-site observation shows that: 31203 fully mechanized caving face using "one knife,one put" single-wheel sequential diaphragm coal can achieve the ideal effect,the length of the working face 250 m,the case of high 3.5m,coal wall and roof have good stability,is conducive to ensuring the safety and efficiency of the working face to promote.
