With China's national economy embarking on the road of rapid development,the logistics industry has become a new show in the new era,and it is like a broken bamboo belt that has driven the development of the market economy.Oil and gas transportation is an important part of special logistics.After the advent of the industrial revolution,oil and natural gas occupy the primacy of the world's energy supply,and the normal operation of oil and gas transportation equipment has become the top priority of safety system assessment.The oil and gas pipeline network is an important part of the logistics infrastructure construction.Once the oil and gas pipeline network has long service life and reduced service life,the safety incidents caused by failure frequently occur,causing serious casualties and national economic losses.Therefore,the prediction of corrosion failure of oil and gas pipelines has significant social safety and economic significance.In order to improve the early warning capability of oil and gas pipeline corrosion failure and ensure its safe operation during the service period,this paper analyzes and constructs a set of early warning system for corrosion protection of oil and gas pipelines,and predicts the following contents: a detailed analysis of the corrosion status of oil and gas pipeline network,Clarify the cause of pipeline failure and the foothold of prediction,comb the detection technology of pipeline corrosion state,provide data foundation for prediction,and summarize the methods of corrosion prediction to provide reference for corrosion prediction model;adaptive genetic algorithm And the iso-dimensional new information model is integrated into the gray model,and the prediction model is established for the comprehensive corrosion of oil and gas pipelines.The corrosion rate of uniform corrosion is used as the data sequence to predict the corrosion condition of different pipe sections.On the basis of the corrosion pipe section,the local corrosion is The point corrosion depth is used for failure analysis,and theMarkov model is used,and the quadratic smoothing index method and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to improve the point of the perforation of the pipeline corrosion failure.Predictive assessment,combined with qualitative scores Process and Fuzzy AHP,the severity of the consequences of its impact sort of.Combined with the example of the pipeline company,the established corrosion failure prediction model can accurately predict the corrosion rate and depth of the corrosion pipe section,clarify the location,cycle and the most serious influencing factors,and provide the theory for the decision of the pipeline failure warning plan and the protection measures in accordance with.The proposed method has certain practicability,can provide guidance for the safety work of logistics infrastructure construction,and continue to explore in depth the reasonable maintenance and replacement equipment plan in future research work.
