The Oil Depot stores a large number of flammable and explosive products.The operation process of the equipment is complex and accident prone.Therefore,the staff must be trained before they can go on duty.The traditional training system lays particular stress on the theoretical level,and neither the technical training nor the safety training can achieve the desired results.With the rapid development of the oil industry,the staff training standards are also improving year by year.In order to change this situation and improve the effect of oil depot training,based on the rapid development of virtual reality technology in recent years,this paper applies it to the field of oil depot training,and puts forward the concept of virtual training system.The system uses computer technology to generate a virtual oil depot space,providing users with a "immersion" sensory experience near the real world.Users can observe all things in the oil depot scene,obtain information and interact with various devices.With 3dMax as the modeling tool and Unity3 D engine as the development platform,an interactive virtual oil depot training system is designed and developed.The system uses C# as the development language of interactive script,SQL Server for data management,and uses collision detection technology to realize the functions of first person view roaming,equipment attribute query,equipment interactive operation,important process simulation,accident handling,fire drill and so on.A* path-finding algorithm is implemented on Unity3 D platform with computer language,which provides route selection for trainers when they choose the shortest escape path.The thermal radiation characteristics of pool fire are analyzed,and the hazard distance is quantitatively demonstrated in virtual space.The life system is introduced to enable trainers to better grasp the escape time.The system has very real visual effects and powerful interactive functions,which greatly improves the training efficiency and provides some reference experience for other high-risk industry training methods.
