With the frequent occurrence of fire incidents, route selection in emergency situation comes to be a focus issue. Due to the randomness and uncertainty of the fire accident itself, the traditional drill cannot improve the ability of pathfinding in fire disaster. With the rapid development of computer science and information technology, smart devices has been widely used by humans, the process of accident can easily be simulated for humans, and many problems can be abstracted and solved by the high speed calculation of the processor, To increase the pathfinding ability in fire disaster and give a safety route, This paper designs a pathfinding algorithm in fire spread, and develops VR emergency system. The contents is shown as the following aspects:1. Design of Simulation System. Design fire with particle system and achieve it with dynamic loading, Achieve drill and strategy models with different data flows and insure them runnable.2. Design of Online module. Design I/O concurrent module with high efficiency to deal with a large number of users. Design the message encryption and achieve package mechanism. Design dispatcher module for communication. Select available serialization mechanism to reduce the network load. Design reconnection and server searching module.3. Design pathfinding algorithm. Build fire expansion model, based on the distribution of fuels to predict their burning time. Evaluate the frontier of fire by fuzzy logic. Design algorithm to calculate intermediates with critical situation. Choose bottom pathfinding algorithm to complete movement between intermediate.This paper analysis A Star algorithm, Navigation mesh algorithm and greedy algorithm, then it discusses technology problems in VR system, and contrasts the network programming technology. This paper designs the pathfinding algorithm, develops VR system with rescue module, and achieves pathfinding with the drill and strategy modules in emergency fire. Through comparing with the developed navigation mesh pathfinding algorithm, our proposed algorithm can provide a shorter path with safety, and our system has great application value in promoting and practicing.
