Research On Centralized Control System Of Groud Air Compressor In Donghuantuo Coal Mine

The air compressor is one of the four important fixed equipment in mine production.At present,air compressors are mostly controlled by small-scale PLC,which generally consists of several air compressors from different manufacturers.Because of the use of different control PLC systems,the centralized control can not be realized.According to the existing control equipment and the control principle of each air compressor,put forward taking Siemens S7-300 PLC centralized control cabinet as the core,use the fuzzy PID control algorithm,through the installation of communication stations in each air compressor,parallel control and data acquisition with the original PLC,remote centralized control,data collection,and Show it all the time.The research of this system mainly includes PLC control system and network remote control system.By adding S7-300 I/O extension substation to air compressor,the operation parameters and status of each compressor and frequency converter are collected.The remote start and stop of air compressors are realized in the central control main station.It can display the key data of temperature,wind pressure,cooling water temperature,cooling water level,frequency and current of frequency converter dynamically.Using WinCC software to realize the functions of data recording and summarizing.On the premise of not affecting the local control system,the whole system realizes the remote fuzzy PID control of air compressor by adding a superior controller.In the control room,the staff can stop and start the operation of five air compressors and collect and check the operation parameters of each air compressor.It is more convenient to check the operation status of each air compressor.The efficiency of dealing with faults can be increased by more than three times.At the same time,through centralized control system,the remote automatic control of air compressor is brought into the whole mine centralized control ring network,which improves the automation and informatization level of existing equipment.
