The air pollution with O3,PM2.5 and NOx as the main pollutants is still serious.Air pollution has become an important factor restricting the development of the city,and the emission of vehicle exhaust and industrial exhaust is the main source of urban air pollution.Because the emission of air pollution is secretive and influenced by the air diffusion,pollution sources are often difficult to trace,and the pollution control and punishment cannot be carried out smoothly.How to trace the air pollution sources quickly and effectively and control the air pollution from the source is an important problem that needs to be solved in the air control work.This paper takes vehicle and industrial gas pollution(PM2.5,PM10,NOx,CO,SO2,VOCs,etc.)as the research object,and proposes a small-scale pollution source tracking method based on the spatial and temporal distribution of regional gas pollution:A regional monitoring network for gas pollution has been constructed in the study area.Space interpolation method is used to obtain the spatial and temporal distribution of regional pollution,and the high concentration point is extracted as the inverse point of pollution source tracking.The optimization theory and the atmospheric diffusion model are used to invert the location of the pollution source,aiming to indicate the direction of local atmospheric pollution traceability.The innovative work and main research results of this paper are as follows:?1?Research on the sampling method of vehicle and industrial gas pollution:Gas pollution sensor has been developed to build the gas pollution global monitoring network with mobile monitoring as the main and fixed monitoring as the auxiliary.Analyzing and optimizing the measurement accuracy of the gas pollution sensor with reference to the standard equipment.After optimization,the average relative error is reduced to 4.46%-16.22%which can meet the requirements of the experiment.The method of estimating the concentration of air pollutants based on time series and space series is proposed to modify and complete the sampling data.A new method for urban gas pollution sampling is provided.?2?Research on space interpolation method of vehicle and industrial gas pollution:The inverse distance weighted?IDW?and the ordinary Kriging interpolation model are improved.The spatial similarity weighted?SSW?and the Kriging with spatial similarity?SS-Kriging?models are proposed,which provide a new method for the spatial estimation of gas pollution.Taking PM2.5 as an example,the spatial interpolation performance of SS-Kriging is better than that of IDW,SSW and ordinary Kriging under the same sample data.The spatial interpolation performance of SSW is better than that of IDW but still lower than that of ordinary Kriging.?3?Research on small-scale source tracking method of vehicle and industrial gas pollution:Based on SS-Kriging spatial interpolation,the spatial-temporal distribution of regional gas pollution is obtained,and the high concentration point is extracted as the inverse calculation point of pollution source location.A small-scale source tracking model based on optimization theory and atmospheric diffusion model is established,and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the pollution source location.Through the simulation case analysis,the feasibility of small-scale source tracking method in fast and effective location of pollution sources is verified.?4?Development and application of global monitoring network and diagnosis analysis system for vehicle and industrial gas pollution:Four functions,pollution real-time perception,pollution distribution analysis,pollution small-scale source tracking and data query management,have been realized to help air pollution fine,intelligent and automatic control.Based on the system,the road monitoring experiment is carried out,and the spatial-temporal distribution of different pollution gases is obtained based on SS-Kriging spatial interpolation method.Taking PM2.5 as an example,the distance between the traced emission source location and the actual emission source location is only 100 m,which verifies the feasibility of the small-scale pollution source tracking method based on the spatial-temporal distribution of gas pollution in practical application.
