The Popularization Of Chemistry By China Chemicial Industry Associntion After The Vicyory Of The Anti-Japanese War Was Based On The Investigation Of The Chemicial World

Chemical industry directly affects the development of national defense construction,agricultural construction and medical and health undertakings,which plays a vital role in social and economic construction,to promote the development and innovation of contemporary technology and industry.The modern chemical industry in our country started from the Westernization Movement in the late Qing dynasty,then along with the development of the chemical science and the development of modern industry in our country,the chemical industry in the period of the republic of China has formed a certain scale,and there was a large number of nationalization of industry,which laid the foundation of the industry development of our country.In the process,academic organizations of chemical industry played a big role.The Chinese Chemical Industry Association,China's first chemical industry academic organization,was founded in 1922,which initiated by the Chinese Foreign Student Organization,gathering a large number of domestic chemical industry professionals,not only for promoting the formation of higher chemical education system in the Republic of China,but also for training a large number of chemical industry talents,to create good social conditions for the establishment and development of chemical industry and chemical industry,and promote the development of modern chemical industry in China.In addition to the founding of the journal,Chemical Industry,the Chinese Chemical Industry Association also founded the Chemical World in 1946,which was an early important journal in China to popularize the knowledge about chemistry and chemical industry.Based on the materials contained in the Chemical World,this paper made a historical investigation of the chemical popularization work of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan,studied the history of the founding and development of the Chemical World of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association and its journal,and discussed the important contribution of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association in popularizing the knowledge about chemistry and chemical industry and technological knowledge.The main contents of this paper are listed as followings:(1)This paper combed the current situation of the research of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association and the Chemical World in the domestic academic circles by consulting a large number of research literature,pointed out that the academic circles in the period from 1946 to 1952 and the lack of the research of the Chemical World,expounded the academic significance of this period and its magazine research,and introduced the ideas and innovations.(2)A comprehensive historical investigation and analysis of the development of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association was made,and the development of the annual meeting and the domestic chemistry and chemical industry before and after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan were analyzed,which revealed the overall development of the modern chemistry and chemical industry in China during the period of the Republic of China,to provided a historical background for the special research of this paper.(3)This paper investigated and analyzed the founding and development of the Chemical World,focusing on the collation and analysis of the contents contained in the Chemical World,and to follow up and investigate the activities and events contained therein,and to sort out the chemical popularization work of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.In the field of science popularization activities,it included the dissemination of chemical industry news,the opening of chemical industry lectures,the translation of foreign chemical literature,etc.In academic research,the Chemical World has become a platform for scholars to exchange and study,which has published a large number of chemical industry research results.(4)It is found that the contributions made by the Chinese Chemical Industry Association are mainly reflected in the construction of the higher chemical education system in the Republic of China,the cultivation of chemical and chemical professionals,and the creation of good conditions for the establishment and development of the modern chemical industry according to the study of the Chemical World on the work of the Chinese Chemical IndustrySociety in the post-war economic construction.The society has few outstanding achievements in chemical scientific research,but the chemical articles have published by its members in the journal play an important role in promoting the popularization of chemical knowledge and provide valuable reference materials for chemical scholars.
