SJ company is a combination of research and development,production,sales of fine chemicals as one of the manufacturing enterprises,with 20 years of development history.Through 20 years of unremitting exploration,SJ company has a certain scale and strength,a full range of scientific research team to protect the level of science and technology of enterprises,the company's products are independent research and development and take the lead in domestic production.With the fine chemical industry in china occupies an increasingly important position,SJ company is also stepping up research and development and production.However,in recent years,SJ company's firstline employees increasing turnover rate,the first-line staff in the post also showed a different degree of negative idle ness,affecting the healthy development of enterprises.As we all know,front-line employees play a very important role in the manufacturing industry,they are the key to whether enterprises can complete production tasks on time and ensure product quality.Employee satisfaction is the main factor influencing employee behavior.Therefore,how to improve the satisfaction of front-line employees to maintain the stability of the first-line team,improve the enthusiasm and creativity of front-line employees,the future development of the enterprise is very important.This paper first expounds the theory related to employee satisfaction,and provides a solid theoretical basis for the analysis of the full text.Then from the work environment,the work itself,work return,personal development and enterprise management five dimensions of SJ company's first-line employee satisfaction questionnaire survey.Then through the interview with the management of the enterprise,a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the enterprise,the reasons behind the problem of front-line employee satisfaction were excavated.Finally,five targeted countermeasures are put forward to improve the satisfaction of SJ's first-line employees.It is hoped that the research on the countermeasures of the first-line employee satisfaction improvement of SJ company can provide some reference for the research in the relevant fields in the future.Also hope that through the promotion of SJ company's first-line staff satisfaction,for the future development of enterprises to make a contribution to a little.
